We needed a triple room and were arriving after midnight free attending a music festival. The hotel staff reassured us that we could arrive at any time. The night Porter was available and guided us into the secure parking and carried our bags up. The room was very comfortable, with a nice balcony and view at a great price. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. The mini bar had soft drinks and water and one beer, perfect for a refreshment. The air conditioning was great! We had a crisis we had to manage by phone in the U.S., and we had to stay up all night. I messaged the hotel from within Booking.com and asked for slightly late checkout and they were very accommodating. We love this hotel. Great value for money, polite and friendly staff, comfortable beds, fabulous AC, and good location near Stresa. Enjoy!!!

Clean and attractive hotel. Comfortable rooms. ( well done to the housekeeping team) Photos indicative of product. Very good breakfast. Excellent parking (15€/day) Pleasant front of house staff though they lacked any apparent knowledge of local info such as ferry/train info, restaurant tips such as closing times etc. That said, they were very polite ( thanks also to the night security gentleman who let us in when we arrived much later than intended. ) and spoke several languages sufficiently to help out.

Perhaps just a bit more local info beyond the leaflets provided. Basically we liked everything!

2/3 People were pretty nice at the front desk, one was a bit grumpy. Room was pretty nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was good.

The room door was pretty much only decoration. We thought the people at the corridor would stand next to our bed. No noice canceling at all. The room service (cleaning) failed twice while we were staying at the hotel but it was clean at the start.

Excellent location, very clean room, staff were very helpful and friendly - the check-in process was quick and easy. Managed to get rooms next to each other. Parking was secure. Very good breakfast.

Room was fairly small for 3 people. Not many parking spaces and they were quite small spaces, there was a risk of scratching other cars.

Room on the top floor has a magnificent view! There is also a terrace open to all guests up there if you want to buy something to eat and drink and enjoy the view. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was modern. The hotel is in a great location close to the lake shore.

That extra you expect from 4 star hotel was missing. Only tee in Room, no instant coffee. No extra pillows. If you wanted something from the bar, you had to wait for the receptionist to serve or to call someone to serve you. Once we ordered some drinks we felt like we were some kind of inconvience to the woman in the reception. This also was the case with other staff. They kind of were avoiding you and did not make contact.

Xtra clean and pretty large room compare to what can be found around the Lago Maggiore. Balcony for each room or so.

Location offers no view at all, just on buildings. if you want to see the lake, go somewhere else. Breakfast could be better with more bead and yogurt variety. no cereals either.

The location was awesome and the roof top terrace was amazing

The pillows were not comfortable. You couldnt lock the bathroom door without the help of someone standing outside pushing.

Everything was very good, we enjoyed our stay.

In one out of 3 rooms, air conditioner didn't operate well. It took 4 days to the hotel staff to find a way of temporary solution - how to operate problematic air conditioner. Problems happen... but how the problem resolved is very important part of service approach.

The place is beautiful, in center location, clean and renovated rooms. Team responded fast for open issue we had.

we had a vent in the toilet that made lot of noise even when you close the electricity to that room. was handled by the team through closing all electricity temporarily and allowing us to go to sleep.
