This is a lovely B&B right on the seafront, with access to the sea immediately in front of the garden. The room was clean with a great bathroom and large comfy bed. They provide breakfast which includes eggs, pastries and the best marmalade we've ever had, homemade with organic oranges from their own farm! It's approx a ten minute walk to the seafront where there's a couple of places to eat / drink and from there a good ten minute walk into the town centre. I'd definitely recommend if you want a nice quiet and comfortable stay with endless relaxation!

The balconies are incredibly small due to the construction of the building, it didn't bother us too much but worth being aware that if those in your neighbouring room are also on their balcony you'll be very, very close. There was also a family with young children in the room above ours and were woken up in the very early hours each day, not the fault of the owners but the sound did travel - fortunately this meant we had the opportunity to swim at sunrise every day which we'd highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying with them. First of all you have the sea just by the fence and you can enter it almost from the B&B. The view is also extraordinary. On top of that the owners and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We got a short briefing on the attractions and the tips were really good. The breakfast maybe isn't too big and is made of the fresh local products and is very tasty. The room itself is quite big and nicely arranged so there's nothing to complain either.

A small minus are the breakfast hours - from 8:15 to 9:30 (they could have been a bit longer).

We found somebody in the room on our first day returning from breakfast without agreeing to room service or leaving the room ready for this. It would have been helpful to know beforehand and been asked if this is something we wanted or felt comfortable with. The use of disposable plastic at breakfast because of environmental concerns.

This was a wonderful boutique stay, with a large room and locally sourced breakfast from the owners' own farm. We got to try their honey, jam, olive oil and fruits, all so delicious. The sound of the waves at night was so calming and breakfast at the backyard next to the ocean was a wonderful way to start the day. The location was a great base between Syracuse and the smaller town of Noto, Ragusa and Modica.

breakfast was disappointing. cheese was synthetic wrapped in plastic; one piece for all the guests. no meat or vegetables. 2 tiny day old pancakes were offered. there were boxed juices. there were at least fresh berries and jams and honey, however, and one croissant per guest

Location right by the sea with easy access to beach was super. Safe parking behind gates. A breakfast mainly sweet with croissants and other pastry but enough for us (but we recommend to arrive early). The view from the bathroom was the greatest ever 😄 Two dinner recommendations: a casual Il Terrone (just in the corner of the same alley) and then for seafood Porto Matto (a five minutes walk only).

The balcony was very small with neighbours behind you in about 10 cm distance, so it felt like you were sitting on their lap (it was a square balcony that was divided in two triangles). And luckily we had the best balcony and the best view, so make sure your booking is for the "front" half of the balcony.

This B&B is just perfect Well located close to the Avola great beaches and between Noto and Siracusa . The host are so kind ! The breakfast is amazing with fresh and home made products. Location was great, parking was great. Its an easy walk down to the beach. The B&B has a great view of the sea. The hosts are very helpful. Recommended!

Breakfast wasn't out of this world, however, it was good considering the price for breakfast.

Salvo is the best host! Amazing sea view, good breakfast, parking lots available.
