The staff was amazing, from the first Hello we got the best service we needed! They were very polite and helpful! We will miss you, But also the dog! We got the big family room, so nice and clean! Very fresh and with new decorations. My daughter got her own bedroom so it was maybe a twin room? Breakfast was very good and fresh, best coffee! The fridge was very cold which I love! Nice and clean bathroom! The shower was a bit small but the water pressure was very good! Everything was so clean, and I love that they cleaned the pool during nighttime! Perfect for early morning swims!

You should open up the restaurant during evening time! We would love your food!

The rooms are comfortable. It is more tailored for families during the summer season as expect them to camp the pool all day side all day. You will really need a car here.

The Electric Car charging process is the worst I've seen on my road trip. Every hotel has a simple process, you pay 20 euros and charge as much as you need given it's a slow ev charger. This one they try to charge you per kwh manually on a 10khw slow charger with the receptionist coming out to note your usage. Ever seen this before after staying in so many horels.I ended up using the fast DC chargers in town which is 150 times faster and yet cheaper too.

Beautiful small hotel, very clean and cozy. great pool. It was great and we loved it very much, recommended! Just take care of what we wrote in the dislike section and you will be perferct!

They don't have a mattress for the baby cot, they did solve it with blankets but it is still not ok, baby cot always comes with a mattress. The staff don't really speak English well, they try to do everything to make sure you are satisfied but the language barrier is a problem. No one is helping to get the luggage to room, why?

what an amazing place. From the staff on reception to the room and the pool. this was an excellent stay. We were greeted at every point during our stay. there are restaurants close by to eat at night with an excellent experience and breakfast is taken care by the local staff.

Everyone at the resort was super nice. It’s also a short walk away from the beach and 15-20 min by car from Syracusa. Pool is really nice and quiet (we travelled outside of season and there were not many kids), breakfast has nice options - all in all a nice stay.

We stayed in the triple room and the electrical box in the room was constantly buzzing. It was not a loud noise but we are noise sensitive so we had to sleep in earplugs. I’m not sure how the situation looked like in other rooms, but this was a small inconvenience for us.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at Tramonto Ibleo Resort. Easy access with comfortable rooms and a nice area to cool off after a day out in the sun. The staff was lovely and they welcomed us with hospitality.

I must say that for a one-night-stay like ours, not much needed changing and our stay was pleasant, however the one thing I would highly suggest improvement is in the breakfast. I would pay a bit more to have a more varied breakfast and perhaps some with Sicilian treats!

Two small things to be improved is English (it would be great to have possibility to talk with stuff) and size of the room (we booked room for 3 and it was ok for us (couple), cannot imagine staying there with additional person.

The hotel was beautiful, well kept and spotlessly clean. The pool and cabanas were perfect for us as a young family. We had a family room which was spacious, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The wardrobes even came equipped with child hangers. I felt that a great amount of thought had gone into every part of our stay.

I didn't have much privacy in my room (129). Plenty of kids and family (not suitable for solo travelers) of if you want peace

the welcome was not very nice, the woman did not take her sun glasses off and rushed us. Did not tell about where the breakfast was etc. Pool bar only opened in the evening which was to bad. There where some dogs running around the property which I did not know. I am a little afraid so that was not a nice surprise.
