The room was amazing: spacious and very clean with finish sauna and amazing view. The restaurant that is open for dinner was fantastic: very good quality, service and reasonable prices.

Breakfast was ok, but cappuccino was surprisingly not good. We were also always annoyed with loud music in the hallway (just why?). There were also 2 weddings within 3 days of our stay but that was not disturbing. Also, pool area might have been a bit more clean and nice

I might be a bit bias because I got married at Cala Moresca but coming back after 3 years from our wedding I can confirm that’s one of the most magical places in the world. Due to the unique position the view is breathtaking! The staff is super kind and gifted us a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary. Food at the restaurant and at breakfast is superb! They renovated all the rooms (very much needed) and we got a stunning suite with a massive shower that becomes a Turkish bath too. Quality and expertise! Highly highly recommended!

We booked the spa on the terrace (don’t miss it!) at sunset specifically but there was an issue with the water and wasn’t hot at all and we couldn’t use the hot tub and it was a bit disappointing. On the other hand though the staff promptly booked us in for the following morning and gave us a late check out to apologise for the inconvenience. Great attention to details and care for their guest! Amazing experience even with this little inconvenient.

This hotel has five star views .. gorgeous... and five star staff. Our second floor room was a good size, comfortable and modern and had a nice balcony with view to the sea.

We only found out after making our (non refundable ) booking that the restaurant was not open that night. Staff ordered us in a delivery pizza but not quite what we'd been hoping for. Balconies are a bit close so at busy times you would definitely be overlooked. Be aware they have a lot of weddings all year so this can alter the facilities available. Oh.. and the road up to it is pretty cramped in a bigger car. Only about 40 minutes from Milan airport.... unless it's a weekend!

View from room and breakfast excellent. All staff super friendly and assisting where needed. Hotel interior to a very high quality. Food in restaurant pleasant.

The room has marble flooring which in winter months is cold (despite a good room heating system). Suggest to have small carpets next to the bed in colder months (remove in Summer). Internet sometimes interrupted. In the bathroom I had expected some courtesy items such as cotton earbuds. Safe not firmly attached and not quite large enough for a laptop.

The location is to die for. The hotel is to the highest standards. Excellent cuisine. Lovely pool. It is impressive how despite big weddings every day, these did not disturb us, and the staff always had time to attend to us.

It was our own fault that we did not book early enough to get a room with a balcony and sea view. Those rooms are simply stunning, but apparently booked up months in advance…

Staff were exceptional, helped me with transfers, worked hard despite the language barrier and were always willing to help me find whatever I needed. It was tidy, had a mini fridge, the shower was small but the water temperature and pressure was perfect. Spacious room, incredible view. The restaurant was lovely. Overlooking the beach clubs perfect for a little summer getaway. Pool was clean and nice. The wellness room was FANTASTIC. Salt room really helped my allergies, the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all kept very clean. A fridge was available with water too.

The location was a little bit of a tough walk back, so less mobile people wouldn’t want to have to walk on foot. This was accommodated with a shuttle etc. location itself is good if you’re there for the beach, however it was very busy in peak season.

This place is amazing the rooms, the views, the location, the breakfast, the spa, everything about this place is amazing. We had steam shower in our room. The pool on the top level has amazing views of Bacoli. Wife enjoyed the Spa. Restaurant was delicious, same with the breakfast. Nice nature walk right from the front door.

The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by views of the ocean on all sides. Each member of staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating, as well as very patient with our limited Italian! The Michelin starred restaurant Caracol is well worth a visit.

There are nights with weddings on where you are not allowed in the terrace bar or the restaurant. It would be useful to know of the schedule on arrival, rather than by day, in order to plan your evenings around this.

There was limited access to the rest of the area. Unless you took a expensive taxi or tried to walk up and down a very steep hill. So, you have limited access to any kind of restaurant other than the hotels.

The room was comfortable and clean and had a huge shower. There was a very limited view from the room but the view from the swimming pool and restaurant was outstanding. The breakfast was continental, wholesome and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I hope to return to this hotel.

Everything was of an excellent standard.
