Very nice staff in the hotel, who showed us where to park as soon as we arrived. They took us to the room and explained some information. The room a little outdated but functional. There was everything you needed (except for a kettle, tea or coffee). Breakfast was very nice too. I liked the location on top of the mountain and close to other bigger towns.

Bathroom was not made for tall people and very noisy outside if you open the window because of the drinking tourists. But with the closed window you don’t hear them 😊 missing eggs for breakfast and you can hear people in the hotel quite well

Some 20 min driving from the main road around the Lago di Garda lake, this settlement and the hotel provided noise and stress free environment, also having in mind it's altitude in relation to the lake. Hotel is basically situated on the main city square next to the pedestrian area, however town itself was not crowded so much (with tourists and vehicles). Free to use parking and swimming pool are also located next to hotel, some 100m by foot. Breakfast was included in this arrangement and it was provided in the restaurant across the street. The breakfast itself was very good with variety of meals. Hotel staff was very pleasant and shared a lot of useful information's with us regarding the most popular places in the lake area such as beaches, amusement parks, boat rides, etc.

WiFi connectivity and bandwidth speed should be improved in the future. Room doors provided minimum sound protection from the hallway.

The hospitality of the staff is the best. I traveled with my wife and we weee unsure especially because we are expecting a baby. The staff was always looking out for any help my wife may require. Restaurant next to the property was super nice and the lady who took the order first day remembered exactly what we ordered the following day. Note- both days it was very busy. This also speaks to their treatment towards guests. We stayed for 2 nights and our experience with their restaurant was much better than other places we tried

Everything was great. If I have to be critical- then I would say since location right at the center, we kept windows open as it may get warm during the night, so noise from the street could be bothersome. Since the bars are just around the corner and silly enough, there was a car honking at 10.30 PM (maybe from the public parking lot also opposite to the hotel) and we were in the bed already. But this is nothing hotel could do. Location is also one of the biggest pluses

Straight in the center of Tignale, very well located with a private parking, free. Quaint little and charming city. There's also a swimming pool next to the parking. The breakfast very nice, in comparison to the Italian standards: ham, eggs, cheese, fruit, cereals, yoghurt. The room clean, quiet,

We stayed here for 3 nights and would love to return. The staff were fantastic and really friendly especially the gentleman on reception who checked us in. Excellent location in the heart of a lovely little town. Shops, supermarket, bakery all close by. Free parking. Excellent breakfast and also the added bonus of a discount card to use in 3 eateries. Not directly on the lake but above it, the town has views of the lake. Slept really well, shutters keep the light out. Excellent price

Everything is soo perfect. Beautiful small village with a cute piazza. Staff, Damiano and Christina was super friendly and nice. Breakfast at hotel restaurant next to the hotel building was superb. The restaurant staff Irene was soo friendly and made us feel welcomed. Just gotta bear in mind that this amazing hotel is located on a hill. Im not sure if going with public transport is an option, and if you're not familiar with small Italian road, it is quite a challenging to get here.

It takes a real crazy person to not like this place.

A very good position in the village, easy to reach many restaurants, bars or gelaterii around. Very clean, with house keeping services every day. The pool is also very well maintained, all clean around, very comfortable deck chairs.

it was a week with very high temperatures (above 35° which is not usual for that place) and the room had no cooling possibilities than a fan that was not very efficient.

Great and helpful service, very clean rooms and delicious breakfast, also with scrambled eggs. The lady from the reception allowed us to leave the car for an additional 2 days on the parking by the hotel (we spent a few days on bikes). We definitely recommend it.

The hotel is part of the GTS Group, which is a local association of hotels, restaurants and other facilities - you get discounts when visiting their locations, even though they offer a great price for the services considering the location on the riviera. First off, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were able to talk to them in English without problems and they provided information on where to get good food and other pastries. They've also upgraded our room (free of charge) to one with a balcony. The breakfast was varied and rich and the restaurant's staff was extremely polite. The location blew us away - Tignale is a hidden gem that many people might not get to experience, although they should. It is surrounded by mountains and vegetation that provide tranquility and it's a perfect spot to get some rest and reconnect with yourself, your loved ones and with the nature.
