Great and friendly staff. Clean property and spacious.

Personal preference: special smoking area would have been better. People were smoking everywhere. At the restaurant, at the pool and I went to have fresh air not smoke. Especially being a place for families they shouldn’t inhale smoke. I just felt smoking was disrespectful for non-smokers. They should take that in consideration to make a special corner for smokers to avoid those who don’t smoke

Our family stayed at Residence Ruculì for 7 nights, and overall it was a truly enjoyable experience. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — a beautiful panoramic sight of Lake Garda that we looked forward to every morning and evening. The room was comfortable and well-kept, but what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality of the restaurant staff. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, making each dinner feel special. The food was delicious, with a good variety and high quality.

There were just a couple of small drawbacks. The check-in time frame (only from 16:00 to 19:00) felt quite narrow and not ideal for families arriving from a longer journey. Also, breakfast could be more varied, especially for guests staying several days.

very nice, family driven apartments, superb location, restaurant included, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym, kid corner available. parking outside. Rooms we got were I think booking related apartments, so no view to lake, ground floor. Apartment was ok, with kitchen equiped, small but ok toilette, one room with double bed, wardrobe. Kitchen/living room with couch for another two. Equipment of apartment was ok, nor really new, but not damaged, ok to use.

First negative was receptionist while coming into property with delay, due to traffic jam in Germany, I wasnnot able to read messages from her, later she called us, angry, when we will come as she is closing reception at 7PM. Dont like that arrogant behaviour, next ideally to call client direclty avoiding unnecessary messages and nervosity. Quiet cold inside room during period of first week of May, morning temps out were around 10C, so inside a room also cold, no heating running. Another negative for apartment 109 I can mention everywhere ants...

We paid for a non-lake view, but they upgraded us to a ground floor lake view room free of charge. It had an amazing view, really pleased with the upgrade. The room was spotless, really clean and hygienic. Beds were comfortable and blankets were warm. The indoor pool was a good temperature, I didn't try the outdoor pool but it has a great view of the mountains and lake. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very nice. Nice village a 15 minute walk from the hotel with a few bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, the views are absolutely exceptional. Definitely hire a car from the airport as you can see a lot more of the local areas.

The views were amazing, the pool was lovely and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was good there are so many choices of pizza! Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! Tignale has a castle/church at the very top (big hike) but the views are outstanding! For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations.

The location would only be accessible if you had a hire car and wanted to explore the towns around. You would be very isolated without the option of transport here. The walls were fairly thin but being a quiet hotel after 10pm this was absolutely fine and had a lovely nights sleep. The town itself is very small so if your wanting activities you would need to venture out to other locations but the lake itself has so many beautiful places to see.

Lovely location high on the mountain looking over the lake, property was very clean except for ants in our bathroom.

The bathroom had ants, reception gave us ant killer but it never worked. Property is in a small mountain town, impossible to get to without a car, property needs a shop or at least somewhere to buy a drink or an ice cream is essential.

Wonderful resort. You have everything that you need for a great holiday: in and out swimming pool, gym, sightseeing locations, great food and restaurant, beautiful rooms and excellent prices! We had a lovely time here and would gladly return. Highly recommend them!

Kids loved the playroom and outdoor playground. Both small but good for younger children. View was great and pool must be nice when it is hot.

Indoor pool was too cold. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Staff in restaurant could be more welcoming and maybe smile from time to time. First time that I had to bring my own toilet paper... I also do not like it when I have to get rid of trash and recycling by myself, departure with young children is usually stressful enough..

The staff were so friendly! Even greeting me later in the week when I pumped into one of them in the town. I was offered a free bottle of wine when I arrived too. The on-site restaurant is great! There are two swimming pools and the views are second to none. I absolutely loved it!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows quite thin. Having to provide your own toilet paper felt a little bit mean, but I was happy to see there was a roll when I arrived and there is a shop just up the road.

I was very afraid after I read all those negative comments about the room's conditions, but was not sense at all. I was surprised so far how rooms looks like, view from window.. everything was perfect. The room was clean, everything was well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. The room was not old at all, probably they got renovated recently. Once we arrived, the kind woman from reception give us a vine! We were surprised. Thank you for your hospitality.
