- Great balcony and even better view to the Lago di Garda – spectacular. Nice, quiet and pleasant evenings even during the heatwave. - The altitude is 700 meters above sea level which means that even during heatwaves it was a very pleasant place to be. Note that the center of Tignale is about 570 meters above sea level, which makes a walking trip to it pretty good exercise. - Lots of footpaths around the location. - Swimming pool. - Apartment was just about the right size.

- The apartment was at the service entrance of the hotel and just beneath the restaurant, so we were woken too early in the morning by corresponding noises (around 8 in the morning 😊) - Wifi signal was sufficient only on the balcony.

We really enjoyed the stay, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. We upgraded to half board option which was excellent value for money even thou you get a limited menu to choose from, the food was nice. The views from being so high up are breath taking. We booked out of season end of September and recommend some warmer clothes mainly at the night time. Overall stay was excellent.

Charges for clean towels and heating the chalet and if you go self catering cooking, these should just be included in the price of the holiday, but we still recommend the hotel for great value for money.

The view from the room was fabulous, even though we were on the ground floor in a separate building below the central hotel. Driving up the hill is tricky, as some really steep parts of the road exist. If you stay in a separate building, you must walk to the hotel swimming pool.

The paid heating. I did not need it at all, but they give you the first day free, and then you have to walk up to the reception to cancel that. I did not catch that, nor did I feel the heat of the radiators—they were cold. But I did not want to argue or wait for the staff to check, so I just paid for the heating for two nights.

The lake view from our room was absolutely amazing. The staff was helpful with everything we needed and polite. The food we had at breakfast was great and the pools are a good way to spend the times. Our kids loved the small pool and not only. The apartment we stayed in was clean and we had everything we needed and more in the kitchen.

We did not experience it but saw at other clients that some charges can be a bit too much, like the one for extra towels and sheets.

Large apartment with fantastic view over lake Garda, very nice indoor pool, double balcony in the appartment, well equipped kitchen. Great breakfast (but paid extra). The staff were very welcoming.

Quite a steep and long drive from the shore to almost the top of a mountain. The area is remote, but beautiful and surrounded by forest. Heating was extra, breakfast was excellent, but not included in the price of the room. No bath robes for the pool. Would have been nice to have some salt, oil, coffee, sugar. They do provide some disk washing liquid, towels and basic bathroom stuff.

Of course the views,incredible. But also the location, quiet and lovely, the apartment has had everything you need, was specious, clean and well designed. Breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh every day, plenty to choose from. Staff so friendly and welcoming, thank you guys for going that extra mile as you worked so hard every day.

I know it’s a holiday time and we should not be into phones etc., but as we needed to keep an eye on things at home I will mention the internet connection, as it was poor, and the showers 🙈 it was hard to adjust the water temperature…

The holiday apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The breathtaking panoramic view was particularly impressive – a highlight that made every morning special. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We felt completely welcome throughout. Overall, a perfect accommodation for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. We’d love to come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Food at the restaurant could be improved. I applies both for Breakfast and dinner.

This location offers breathtaking views, with excellent food at the restaurants. The staff are amazing, bringing a great sense of humor, even when dealing with a few grumpy German tourists!🤣

I stayed for a week and my room was never cleaned, nor were the towels changed. It would be great if cleaning was offered more often. P.S. I didn’t read the terms and conditions or hotel rules, so maybe the cleaning policy was mentioned there.

The location was amazing, the service from the staff was exceptional. There is a great variety of food available in the restaurant. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi takes the cake! Plenty of entertainment for kids as well. Definitely will be visiting again!

It would have been great to have some more basics in the apartment such as some coffee, sugar and water.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is absolutely fabulous, with a stunning view over the lake. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes nearby, perfect for exploring the area. The pool water was crystal clear and very well maintained. Everything was simply perfect — highly recommended!
