Breakfast is alright, sufficient choice, yogurts and fruits, meat and eggs, etc. Aperol spritz cocktail costs super pleasantly and tastes very well! Loved the view from the window.

There is room for the service improvement, overall friendliness of the staff. Coffee was horrible, impossible to drink, that’s the biggest downside.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had in 25 years of extensive traveling. Selections were gourmet quality and fresh, every day of a four-day stay. The staff helped me to plan a special side-trip and facilitated me hiring a driver. They also helped in several other ways, too. My room was well furnished, the bed comfortable, and all the comforts of a well-appointed hotel were provided. A lovely place to stay in Bassano.

A very good diverse breakfast catering for all nationalities and veggies. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating with good communication and knowledge of other languages. Rooms were clean and very adequate. Great location very close to the centre, I would recommend this hotel, I have stayed here twice before.

Great location, clean room, half decent breakfast. Comfy bed. It’s not all bells and whistles, but offers a good value home from home. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and not been disappointed.

For what it costs and what it offers, nothing really except there are some minor maintenance jobs that need doing- for example our shower door ground a little bit and the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall. We had a bit of a fiddle with the aircon the first night but that was as much on us as the unit.

Friendly staff, great location near the old town / center, easy access, underground parking garage (additional fee), great breakfast, lovely Christmas vibe/decorations and overall a nicely maintained property that dates in 19th century.

A classical hotel right by the old town. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. The room was very clean, and the included breakfast and dining area made a great start to every morning. Would reccomend to anyone visiting Bassano del Grappa!

Great location, private parking and friendly staff.

The hotel is not brand new, and although everything is fairly tidy, there is a noticeable smell, like cigarette smoke absorbed into the fabrics and carpets.

The room was very nice could not complain about it loved that’s some of the hotel still has not been updated so keeps it’s history

Was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Thought could be better being a 4 star hotel. Only 1 staff member and no one to greet us

Great breakfast and location close to Old City.

Room was on the small side (booked 18 sqm, so my fault) and sometimes noisy: could hear people in neighbouring room due to poor sound insulation.

Cheese, cold cuts, gluten-free pastries, were good, as were fruits and yogourt.

No hot meats or sausages, pancakes were served cold, no hot eggs.
