The room and the hotel in general are spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect: a quiet suburb that is also 5 min. walk from the city centre. Nice restaurants very close. Ideally located for either Bassano city centre and the Parco dei Ragazzi. Very good breakfast with dozens of quality options including sweet and savoury food, tasty fruit and a variety of yogurts.

While correct, staff in general were not particularly friendly (this is quite a minor issue and would not prevent me at all from staying here again).

Third floor is the best, hotel staff assigned the room in this floor (the only one renewed). Bathroom 10/10, room space very good all new. Breakfast good, car parking free, felt the hotel was almost empty.

Sound isolation could be improved for the room door, walls and windows, until 10pm noise from corridors, nearby rooms and even a group of students in the street under the window. Two turns, 150 metres, of isolated side streets before arriving to the main street next to the city center.

Silent, proximity to city center and also railway station. Bikefriendly, with special, dedicated garage for cyclists. Spacious rooms, amazing breakfast open buffet.

Maybe the old building spice wasn’t 100% my type, but nevertheless excellent. One of the receptionists was a little bit too sad/mad :), but polite and helpful anyway.

Hotel was so hot. The rad in our room was so hot you couldn’t touch it and couldn’t turn it down. Our room was at front of hotel and road very busy so you couldn’t have a window open at night to air the room so it was like a sauna.

Hotel very near the city centre. Large room, quite silent. The bed was of good size and confortable. Large bathroom. Free parking available (and if it is full there is a covered garage under the hotel for a small fee).

Large room and bed. Located very near the train and bus station, town centre is nearby too. Very good buffet breakfast. Staff were professional and polite.

All was good. Nit picking from me really but there was no shower curtain in the bath.

The main positive point were an excellent location to discover Bassano by foot, and the pleasant price. Next, the rooms were spacious and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was a well sorted buffet. The staff were very helpful in finding great places.

You may consider that the hotel is a bit older, but that did not bother us at all.

It's not like your typical 4 stars hotel. The amenities, furniture etc are nothing close to a 4* in other countries. Still, good value for money.

We were moved from the Pallidio to the Belverdere prior to our arrival, which we were so pleased with having stayed there before. The staff, facilities, the cleanliness, the Breakfast and the location all make this hotel well worth the stay.

The T.V could have had the option to have been changed to accommodate English speaking travellers? The bathroom could used a shower curtain to prevent splashing

Excellent hotel. Exceptional breakfast and staff all round. Very modern rooms.

Toilet water malfunction issue. Was repaired but still had issues running. Also, found the cleaning/disenfecting of the room left a strong residual odour which took a number of days to dissipate.
