What a great experience we had. The facility was beautiful and our host Julie was AMAZING. A fantastic location, with amazing views of the beautiful city. Prime location for shopping and exploring. The home cooked breakfast was icing on the cake for a long day of exploring the city. The room we booked was for 3 great for 2 adults and a kid. Spacious, bright and the updated bathrooms offered the comfort you would hope for and the charm you would expect from this historic home.

No on site parking and bag drop off was a bit challenging, one because we arrived a bit late and there is no staff on sight. We would have to call to have the host meet us, then drive to a nearby parking lot to park for the night. It was about a 10 min walk. Not to bad, and offered some beautiful scenery. Once we figured out where we were going it wasn't to bad. Just something to be aware of.

Everything! Extremely charming guest house! Beautiful setting right above the river. My third floor room gave me the most beautiful view across the river. The room itself was spacious, with beautiful quirky touches. A spacious separate en suite bathroom…with a view of the river! The enclosed courtyard, just off the entrance sitting room was the perfect setting for a most beautiful breakfast, with all the dishes, bread, tarts and jams and spreads made in Le 33’s kitchen! Just gorgeous! The host, Julie and her staff were so welcoming! Conversations flowed easily! An incredible experience, in an exquisite Italian town! Thankyou Julie!

Historical buildings, in the heart of Bassano del Grappa. Breakfast made by the host Julie, which conducts a very good conversation in multiple languages while serving you. There’s a dog and two cats, which I liked to interact with.

The bathroom in our room had no door, it is an old style with just a curtain. Some people might feel uncomfortable.

Place is absolutely stunning and in an amazing location.

No welcoming water, and we paid +250 euros for the night. Lady was a bit rude when we left the room 1 hour later. I understand it's not ideal, but we also arrived 1h after the check-in, and she charged us 40 euros extra for 1 hour.

Breakfast and location were awesome! The Le 33 bed and breakfast is very exclusive and charming. Julie is very gentle and give you the best tips for the restaurants around. The decoration mix old and new style. The shower is very good.

However, there are few things you need to be aware before booking: 1) There is no elevator. So, if you have heavy luggages (like us), you need to carry them to the second or third floor. 2) The mattress of my rooms were average/poor. I am tall, usually have back pain and need good mattress to prevent it. I could feel the depression in the mattress. I woke up with back pain.

Simply put this place offers so much authenticity. In this house from 13st century located in the heart of the town, you get to witness the life of prominent family in the Basano.

The bathroom was a little dated... but it was fine - to be expected in an older home.

Room was great...simple, rustic, clean and nice. Julie provided a very nice breakfast. She also had nice suggestions about the area. Great place to stay. Easy and enjoyable walk to/from the train station. Consider a cab if you have a lot of baggage.

Amazing place! Super nice interior design. Most nice host! Perfect location. Free parking just about 10min walk from the house.

The air conditioning old and loud and street is noisy in the mornings. But we got a fan and it solved the problem.
