Quiet comfortable stylish rooms, a great breakfast with a good choice and an excellent meal in the restaurant at a very reasonable special hotel guest price for 3 courses. We appreciated the parking on site and staying in a hotel with some character instead of a bland motorway hotel. We recommend the mushroom risotto !

Coming from the north on the motorway google maps took us a complicated route. It was much easier rejoining the motorway to go south ( and we will take this route next time when coming from the north) but it still takes a good ten minutes from the motorway. Well worth the time unless you are in a desperate hurry.

Nice hotel and superb breakfast. Did not venture out much after arrival as I was unwell. Guy at reception spoke good English and was very informative. Visited the area to go to the motor museums during an Italian road trip from UK.

excellent, secure, parking for motorcycles. The rooms were large and welcoming, with a good bath. The food excellent. The staff were very helpful. Their English was excellent should it be necessary. A local square proved to be popular with some of the group members.

All staff were amazing, very pleasant, and attentive. Bazzano is a lovely base to visit around the area. Plenty of local restaurants, etc, in the town.

Couldn't fault anything

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the original and period furnishings were an absolute joy to see. The local town was lovely with good restaurants and a big market on Sunday mornings.

Great location, easy walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Convenient parking.

The shower was in the bathtub, which was difficult to get in and out, definitely not something for elderly people

We stayed for just 1 night but the stay was quite comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of a nice small city and you can have a nice walk around

Both room and bathroom were very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Great location in the centre of Bazzano and a few km away from Bologna. Highly recommend it.

I am a global traveller for my work, and I seek out non chain, smaller, focussed hotels. This hotel is perfect for both business travellers and those wishing a personal break. The room was a restored 'traditional' ambience character with lovely attention to local detail. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, excellent Bar, Restaurant and fully educated in every way with their attention to their beverages and Menu's. The Restaurant food here is an absolute delight along with the engaging staff. I will be returning to this wonderful place and to share interesting conversation with Giancarlo and his staff once again ! Such a lovely place for those of us looking to escape those 'chain' experiences. I will be returning.

Big room with a good shades over the windows together with comfortable bed makes for a good night sleep after a long drive. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was an average which is a compliment in Italy.
