The hosts were lovely and very helpful with tips and places to eat !! The room was perfect comfortable and very, very clean. There was a coffee machine in the common area so that was a bonus it was clean and a variety of coffee and tea to choose from. We would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again! The accommodation was way better than the pictures the bathroom was spotless and the shower pressure was amazing.

I have never given a 10 on booking.com but this B&B is definitely a 10. The host kept in regular communication prior to checking in and met me when I arrived. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was firm but not too firm. Bottles of water in the fridge. Multiple towels in the brand new bathroom. It’s 25 metres from the town square The host organised a car to take me back to Gioia Tauro at a very reasonable price

As a solo, 77 year old female that depends on transport other than private cars, this B&B was top-notch. I tell you this so you understand my rating. Giada, the hostess, is wonderful. She was welcoming and made you feel at home. The jewel in the crown. She even carried my bags up and down the stairs for me. The building is centrally located, beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. I booked a twin room with a balcony, which size wise was good.The shower had really good water pressure and hot. For any other age group Varapodio is excellent.

Remember my age. My nemesis STAIRS greeted me in the lobby. The town has no taxis, and busses are hit and miss. It has one local restaurant which, if you're walking, is dangerous at night. The breakfast was mostly snack types of food, individually packaged and left out, so you help yourself as wanted. NONE of this would be a problem for most travelers, and despite the inconveniences in my stay and not under the hotels control, I would still recommend this B&B. Giada is the best!

This property was exceptional, super clean, close to ammenities and very spacious and beautifully designed and equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again. Our host Jaida was amazing and very friendly and helped us at every step of the way. The local food was great too and our breakfast was enjoyed.

Absolutely nothing everything was great !

The Owner Gaida was wonderful. She kept in touch with us at all times for whatever we needed. The entire complex was modern and spotless. The included breakfast was ample. They even organised transport to and from the station at a moderate cost which was very helpful. We wish Giada and Francesco all the very best with their beautiful B and B

We could not fault it

It was very comfortable and touches for travellers appreciated, such as bedside tables and lights, coat hangers and shelving in the bathroom.

Even though cereal was an appreciated option for breakfast, there was no milk. Also the choice of coffee pods meant that there was only one pod with espresso coffee. Accidentally chose the coffee with lemon.

The B&B is in a quiet rural town, clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return soon.

Breakfast was offered at the local cafffe/pastry shop. Excellent !!!! The rooms were stylishly finished & were super clean. Plenty of space.

This property was beautifully renovated and perfect for our short term stay visiting family in a nearby town

It was all good

The rooms were clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. The host was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was generous and the dining room was well equipped.
