The staff were amazing from reception, pool bar, breakfast service, room cleaning and the lifeguards. Nothing was too much trouble and all were very accommodating when dealing with the language barrier. The hotel was very clean and the room was serviced daily. The location on Lido de Camaiore was great. All the beach restaurants and beach areas were of similar service, with excellent staff and very good food.

The small kitchen in the apartment should have newer specification appliances with instruction manuals for ease of use and promote safe use. The fridge door required a lower shelf for milk and wine bottles. All was manageable but could have been improved.

The breakfast was above expectation actually. A lot of choices in Italian sweet way. The staff were friendly and proffesional. We had 1 time dinner buffet in the hotel and it was also better than expected compare with some restaurants on the boulevard. The beach is in front of the hotel, advise is to reserve some beachchairs in busy periods. The swimmingpool was perfect although not many facilities for children. Pisa and Lucca are a short drive away.

If you need to do some laundry go do it yourself in the city because the prices are expensive as this isnt a core task and extra burdon for the hotel.

Loved the pool area, the pool also was wonderful and kept at a perfect temperature. And was very clean. The staff across the board were incredible. Always going out of their way to meet our needs and often going above and beyond. The restaurant manager really looked after us when we ate in one evening. The food was great, both in the restaurant (incredible options for breakfast and dinner) and in the outdoor bar area. In fact the food was better than in some of the restaurants on the promenade. The bar staff also great and the main pool guy super friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and the cleaning staff were very friendly always saying hello when passing in the corridor. The reception staff also very helpful and kind.

Our apartment was a little underwhelming, basic - for the money we were expecting something a little more refined. The bathroom had damaged fittings, the shower tap surround was hanging off, there was a chipped shower base which looked like it might cut someone’s foot, the toilet seat was very wobbly and felt like it might break. Also throughout the apartment the wall sockets were very flimsy. In fact the one in the kitchen nearly came out when I tried to remove a plug from the wall. And there wasn’t enough in the bedroom - on one side of the bed only so charging phones and devices wasn’t easy.

The hotel is very well located. Close to the beach, great restaurants and the city centre. All the staff are very very nice. The rooms are clean and are cleaned every day. Breakfast is very good, especially the pastries.

Wearing a swimming cap is completely unjustified. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but we liked it. The rooms are not well soundproofed. If there's a party at a nearby concert venue, it will reverberate.

Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location

Would have expected access to the spa and gym for free as paying guests. €30 for access to Turkish bath seemed excessive when I had paid for a massage. Asked could I use the facilities before the massage and was told they had to be booked separately

Parking space is very convenient. We loved swimming pool and green territory of the hotel. Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Can't say that it was very tasty or unusual. A lot of fruits and bakery. Personnel is responsive and happy to assist and help.

Room facilities are a little bit outdated, probably require some renovation. Water leakage in the room kitchen under the sink and other small issues, but it's not a problem at all.

Breakfast was average. Should add a few more hot plates and keep the bacon stocked. The location is perfect for our needs. We attend Carnevale annually. We've never used the pool or spa as we usually arrived during off season. Staff has always been pleasant!

The rooms are a bit small for the size of our family of four. We wish there was a two-three bedroom with a full kitchen and two bathrooms offered. Rooms are a bit dated and need some care.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed every moment there and did not expect breakfast to be such a fabulous spread. Highly recommend due to views from our corner suite, the professional and very courteous staff in all areas, convenient location, parking, and additional spa services offered.

Can not think of anything we did not fully appreciate.

Room good and clean, breakfast good, parking free. Staff friendly.

Main reason why we took this hotel was spa. When we booked, got message that is not included and spa needs to be payed separetly. Ok, we could manage it but 20€ for one hour or 30€ for two hours was little to much. No privacy in hotel rooms, just curtain between each balcony, You can hear and see Your neighbour. Can be problem if all rooms are full.

We stay every year for Carnevale, Good location and across the street from the best hamburger restaurant. About a one and half mile walk to the event. Breakfast has a decent variety and it’s close to the beach. Hosts are always nice.

The apartment is a bit small for 4 adults. It’s a bit pricey for off season.
