It’s just 20 m from the sandy beach and promenade—with Viareggio 500 m. Teresa (with help from family) manage it personally, adding warmth and family-driven hospitality. Staff: Friendly, helpful service from reception and restaurant. Facilities: buffet breakfast, on-site restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine (incl. options for celiac, vegetarian, and diet menus), bar/café, elevator, WiFi, free bike rentals, pet‑friendly rooms, and access to a nearby spa/wellness center . Cleanliness: bright interiors and good housekeeping .

Nice & clean hotel, family run hotel, very nice staff always available in case of questions. Breakfast is nice, hotel is on a great place close to the promenade and sea . Price/quality very good.

Cozy little hotel next to the beach. Very friendly and smiling staff and good value for money. The offer a few discounts at different restaurants and at one of the beach areas.

Unable to charge electronics if you’re not in the room. - [ ] I felt the electricity was shut off at the breaker boxes, located at front desk if they felt you left your room & didn’t leave the key behind. Happened a few times while someone still in the room, where I had to go down & request it be turned back on - [ ] No pool - [ ] Check out is 10am , but was granted an 11am late check out In order to access the beach you need to pay & reserve a space unless you visit the free beach. Free beach area is very small but you can rent chairs & umbrella or just find a spot to leave your items.

Room very small compared to pictures. Extreme noise from bar and venue outside untill midnight each evening. Ses view was in fact a side view. Breakfast very simple. Advertising is not living up to reality and this place is not worth the extra price compared to similar side way hotels in the area.

The bedroom had an extra bed that was not possible to be replaced. Room was very small. Air conditioning was leaking and there was not remote control in the room, we had to ask at the desk for it. Breakfast was very basic. Double bed had 2 single mattresses, it was not comfortable for a couple.
