Robert! He made the stay comfortable. Spoke great english. From arrival. he was at his office to help with luggage, check in, and instructions of apartment. Always answered our text on anything we wanted or needed within minutes. There was absolutely no issues. There was a lift to the second floor. All the necessities you needed were available. There was a market a few minute walk. Room was quiet. All windows opened for fresh air. Taxi to train station coming and going was easy. Location was perfect. Restaurants plentiful within a minute or two.

No english TV. NOT a big deal.

Roberto the owner was really nice and helped us with directions. This is a plus becuase it is not very easy to find the way to get to the hotel if you don´t really know the city and you are not italian. we like the big rooms and how the apartment is in the middle of downtown. we love to stay there even thought was a little bit noise. The apartment was very cosy! we will go back for sure.

I understood they had a parking lot and they don´t. They have a near by one, so it is not very practical to stop in the middle of downtownm unload the car with the kids and take the car tho the parking spot... but it is not a bid deal. everything else was great

Everything was great - for us the location was great being so central so we could get around easily both in Lucca and also to the station to visit other towns and cities. The facilities of the apartment were also as we would expect for a holiday as we went out for most of our meals. It was very nice to have a balcony for a coffee in the morning.

My friend found it a little noisy at the weekend especially at night for sleeping but otherwise it was good.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Nice airconditioned spaces. Our apartment was very spacious. All was clean and well maintained. As there are top restaurants neaeby we did not use the mini-kitchen but was nice to place some drink and food in the spacious fridge and to have breakfast at the apartment. As we arrived by car Roberto made a reservation at a nearby carpark. Great communication upfront and flexible throughout. We hope to be back soon.

As we were sleeping at the front of the building we could hear some of the street noise but nothing too rowdy and it all stopped around 23:30-00:00 anyway. For us no trouble and we fell asleep without issue but for people that are very sensitive to sound maybe ask for a room away from the street (there are multiple apartments).

Great apartment with central location. Roberto was very helpful and friendly giving us the best directions from train station as some roads were closed when we arrived due to cycling competition. The apartment was super clean and ideal as a base to explore Lucca

As a party of 4 ladies the apartment could have done with another bathroom. It might have been a bit of a stretch if 6 had been staying. Not a complaint as we knew this before we went and everything else was fab

Host was very helpful! Thank you! The apartment was spacious, with a separate kitchen. Rooms were clean, beds were decent. Location was excellent--close to train station, close to central part of Lucca.

The amenities, particularly in the kitchen, were lacking. No kitchen towels, for instance. It was a bit disappointing in that regard, especially for the cost of the apartment. Actually, the kitchen was the only really negative--it seemed a bit forlorn. We did not use the dishwasher, or do any cooking, so cannot comment on those. The hall lighting outside the apartment seemed to be temperamental--when it didn't come on, the hallway was very dark.

Easy walk from the train station to everywhere in Lucca. We were greeted warmly and they were very patient with my tired and crabby family member. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants to eat at. There was plenty of space in our room. Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable!

You can hear the vendors setting up their stalls for the monthly antique market, but otherwise very quiet.

Wonderful welcome from Robert whose warmth and humour started the holiday in the most perfect way. Clean and open spaces in good order. Nice small balcony to welcome the energy of central Lucca in to the flat.

Only one shower facility - simple to resolve by adding a shower unit above the bath in the main bathroom. There were 4 people staying and only having one shower meant there were delays in getting ready to explore Lucca. Everything else great for us.

- in the heart of Lucca - so many wonderful restaurants, shops and cafes in walking distance - Roberto was a great host - early check-in was possible - apartment was clean and well looked after - modern elevator

-got noisy in the evening with outdoor party crowd. we were so tired from exploring this beautiful town that we were able to sleep well though

Perfect location, incredibly clean, spacious with amenities, tour guides and books about lucca and the MOST FANTASTIC HOST, ROBERTO! He was so welcoming, responsive, helped us get reservations to a local restaurant and kind. 10/10 experience staying here and would love to come back.
