We loved the friendly greeting we received from every staff member each day.
The hotel is very efficiently run, exceptionally clean and all requests were promptly met.

Excellent location for the town centre Rooms are very comfortable with all expected amenities, maybe a little dated but not to a level that compromises comfort Plenty of free car parking Staff are excellent throughout
Restaurant was closed which was disappointing Electronic key card did not work, maybe a confusion on room numbers but it was a bit frustrating breakfast is a bit limited with no hot food

Ok breakfast, location a bit boring. We were there on Monday and most of the shops and all restaurants closed (a few pizza places except).
Hotel itself is outdated and not really a four star hotel any more.
