Our family room is simple but spacious and quiet with four beds. Exactly what we see from the pictures in the website. location is walking distance to the city center. When we check out, we met the owner and the gentleman showed us around the hotel and treated us coffee. very nice person. Very good that they also have free parking onsite. Buffet style breakfast with limited choices... simple and good enough.

Coffee at breakfast was served by seemingly inexperienced staff... so pretty slow.

Super nice place and frienly personnel

Textil covered walls in the room, I am allergic to dust and it caised me problems. I suppose that it ties dust, otherwise really clean room.

Good location, very friendly and helping staff, facilities that suited our needs (room for bicycles), large rooms with comfortable toilets, good breakfasts.

The A/C was noisy but not cooling.

The hotel locates in the periferia of Vercelli but in walking distance from railway station - 25 min and city center - 15 min. The room has basic amentities - AC, minibar. The bathroom has bath, bide. The breakfast was basic. The room was calm. The staff was helpful.

The hotel has stange scaffolding appearance. No kettler.

Good location for my needs, one issue dealt with quickly and best as possible, a/c failed, staff brought me a fan withing 30 mins

The Room was good for the price the breakfast was also good alltough as people mentioned if you get there late you may miss out on some things

The Restaurant that belongs to the Hotel we all didn't like, the staff was unpleasant and the food was also not glamorous surely i would recommend going somewhere else for that

Great value for money, the room was big and the bed quite comfy. The shower pression was great. Also, the hotel's restaurant is really good.

The restaurant didn't have tiramisù, and the location is a bit far, apart from that everything was OK.
