We have stayed here before and so knew what to expect, although and we anticipated that the pool would not be available until later in the year - even though it was hot! Breakfast was good and we appreciated the filter coffee and wide choice of food. The room and parking were also appreciated - we were on a motorcycle and having this under cover and outside the room meant that we could unpack easily. The staff were helpful and accommodating in providing us with extra cold water as the weather was unexpectedly hot during our stay.

We had asked for a double room but had two single beds.

We stayed overnight on our way south. Easy safe parking with modern room and good air-conditioning. All was very clean. Also swimming pool and surrounding very clean. Place is run by two very accommodating sisters. Recommended 👍

Easy to access from the road. Nice breakfast, and the pool area was nice, I also appreciated the easy parking.

Rooms were a bit backdated, they could do with an update.

The room was pretty large so we could fit in a baby cot that the hotel rented out. The balcony is a nice place to sit in the afternoon while our baby slept in the room. There is enough parking and the hotel lies perfectly between Milano, Torino and Genova. But the town itself also has enough restaurants and ice cream shops for a night out.

Breakfast items run out quick. All the times we went to breakfast, in the middle of breakfast time so not at the end, a lot of food was already gone. But there weren't a lot of guest at the hotel at the time so I can imagine they were trying to prevent waste. Also the front door isn't isolated well. Usually not a big deal but often we could hear people talking very clearly.

The 3 storey bunk bed is excellent for family with 3 children. The kids love it. The room is comfortable and good size. The balcony is a bonus. Not too far from town nearby for food and shopping.

The shower is bad as the water is not hot enough and almost in dripping manner (very low water pressure).

Good breakfast, friendly stuff, swimming pool was great.

Bathroom was a bit tired.

Friendly staff. we were late for check in and everything was so organised for us and even they let us to check out longer. swimming pool was extra bonus and so good.
