We were on a road trip and arrived late (around midnight), we called the frond desk to let them know about our late check-in, they were super friendly and someone waited for us to arrive, great service! (the official check in, according to the site was 10PM) There was also a minor issue with the room we received and the staff immediately fixed the issue! Overall the hotel is very recommended for staying in the area, staff is great and friendly, the room was super clean and the breakfast was also very good (above our expectation). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, it is not a new hotel, and has some old style and touch to it (old Italian style) which you might like or not.

Good access to the highway and is suitable for a stopover on a long-distance trip. The owner is friendly, the restaurant has good service, the shower is powerful, the bed is cushiony, Overall it is an excellent hotel in a rural town.

Location was very nice for rail travel. The room was large, updated and clean. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant was very good for dinner. Nice beer selection! The breakfast was bountiful and delicious.

The location was in the older, less well maintained part of town but the hotel was very pleasant.

Just an overnight stay - location was great for us. A really warm welcome from the staff. Parking was onsite and easy to access. Enjoyed great value food and drinks from the bar and restaurant, the breakfast was also of good quality. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing really. The hotel is opposite the railway station and was a little noisy at times, but it didn't spoil our stay.

Vey nice room, recently renovated and very clean. Air conditioned. Very accommodating staff. Excellent restaurant. Great breakfast. We booked there because it was next to the station, a perfect location, but it turned out to be an outstanding hotel.

A fabulous stay on the Via Francigena! ❤️ We stayed 2 nights, walking to Vercelli and catching the train back for the second night, as we couldn't find any other accommodation on the way. But this was perfect! The restaurant is affordable and quick with great food. The rooms have air-conditioning which is much needed in this heat. Very accommodating.

Hotel is run by a couple who are very nice and particularly accommodating as I made a specific request that was met. You need a car to access this hotel as not centrally located. Parking is free.

Wifi connection is weak in the room. Breakfast is pretty basic with some pastries and spreads.

* The staff was really friendly and helping. * Seeing some unusual breakfast options has been refreshing experience. (Cakes, variety of juices, etc.)

* Beds were a bit too soft. * If you arrive too late, the private parking can be already full. (But you can still use the street parking... which is perfectly ok.)

Room with air condition

Stuff does not speak English. There is no printed menu for dinner. The waitress explains the choices in Italian. 😅 Breakfast was very simple.

Nice comfortable hotel. Yes the property isn't very new but the room was of a good size and well equipped. The (included) breakfast was very nice - the cheesecake especially good! :-) The owner Stefano is a biker too and when I arrived he immediately offered to put the motorcycle in the safe private parking space behind the hotel.
