We arrived really late, but the lady at the reception was more than welcoming. We loved the robot room service. Such fun! The room was really spacious, a fully stacked mini bar, a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom that came with all the necessary utilities, including a toothbrush. Despite it being on the main road going from Novara to Vercelli, that carries quite a bit of traffic, the windows completely blocked out any sounds. Tons of parking space.

Over its first prime.

We stayed one night during our road trip to lake Como. The staff was very welcoming and the facilities very practical with parking just in front of the room's outside door. Comfortable room and very nice breakfast, everything we needed to continue our trip well rested :)

The hotel was very clean. Our room had private parking which was locked at night. The room has all the toiletries, slippers etc. Staff was realy nice and helpful.

Breakfast could have more choice. Only one small disappointment was that the restaurant did not serve any food because they had a special event. But snacks were offered.

Large well designed very clean room with huge shower, big comfortable bed. Private enclosed parking right outside the door. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to Autostrade.

Nothing not to like!

Unusual take on the MOTEL .. built in the early 00’s it has some great modernist features including a robot to deliver drinks and food to your room😂 and a layout which enables you to park your car in your own private parking environment integrated into the sleeping quarters

The ambiance of the restaurant is too bright and utilitarian for my taste but i see it fits with the austere style of the place.

Safe secure parking at no extra cost, property felt very safe. Liked the themed rooms, and excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely stay again

Check in via drive through meant no explanation of food ordering process (on-line) and no info in room. Had to walk to reception to get WiFi password

A little bit away from restaurants and walks

We did not eat breakfast as we where playing sport, however the staff where more than helpful with any enquires and requests we had.

The area was a little far from other ammenities and located away from any visiting sites.

Everything. The core concept of this motel is just amazing: drive-in check-in, secure parking right at the door of the room, super clean comfortable and well-equiped rooms, the food is even good and they were kind enough to serve us late and in our room! Honestly, we were on a loooong journey, tired, angry, sad, and this was the highlight of our trip back and forth. Thank you.

Not much they could do better. On our way back, we randomly got the Masaï room (I guess Booking has an algorithm choosing for them). We have a baby, they knew it because we asked for a crib, and this suite might not have been the best choice for us. The shower has a glass wall open on the main room. This would be fun under other circumstances, but it was a bit inconvenient for us. If I have to say something negative, it would be that they could have read the situation better and proposed us a different room. But no offense taken.
