We also stayed here for 1 night in summer 2023 when we were travelling through Italy onwards to SW France. We liked it very much then, and it did not disappoint in 2025. Novara is a lovely place to break your journey, and there are plenty of restaurants in the old centre. It is also an easy train ride into Milan if you want to visit the city. Rooms are great, breakfast is wonderful, the host is really helpful.

No complaints about anything in 2023 - nothing again in 2025.

Close to everything ,as soon as we booked all information came through codes to get in where they are etc couldnt of been more helpful,nice breakfast room lovely staff couldnt have done anymore,little bonus was recommended a resturant which they gave us voucher free bottle wine ,10 min walk but my god so worth food was amazing 👏

Really liked this little B&B in Novara for many reasons: + Location is convenient, close to the centre and in a very quiet zone (we were very happy about it because in Novara there was a certain festival or something and the whole center was trembling with loud music) + Friendly helpful owner. Many thanks for bringing us to the train station when my friend had problems with dragging her suitcase and no taxis were available. (But in fact, it's about 20 min on foot to the train or bus station) + It was fine to sleep, air-conditioning was functioning well. + Good breakfast. + Value for money - absolutely! It's a very good option to have a stop here when you travel to the western regions of Italy from Malpensa (1 hour by direct bus) or anywhere else.

Definitely it's not a 5-star hotel, it's a small but very well-run B&B, so nothing to complain about!

Gianni clearly loves people and does everything he can to make your stay perfect. The room was modern, bright, clean, and comfortable. It's a short walk to the center of Novara. The parking in a closed courtyard is pratical and useful.

The street the hotel is on goes to the city hospital, so you hear a lot of sirens. (However, this was not a problem when the windows were shut.)

The owner Gianni, was very warm and welcoming. He did his best to make me feel at home and comfortable during my stay there. The room which I occupied was excellent and was cleaned everyday. I had a lovely, spacious bathroom as well, with a superb shower. On the whole, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will hopefully return to his B+B when making future visits to Novara. The whole experience was superb!

I can't fault this B and B in any way. It was excellent!

The host was really helpful and did his best to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless when I arrived and was cleaned and ready to a high standard every day whilst I was there. The breakfast was lovely. A variety of savoury and sweet options and ample good coffee. The food was replenished right until the end of breakfast. There is also a kitchen which guests can use. I didn't try to cook so I am not sure if it is equipped with utensils, but there is a microwave, fridge and kettle.

Great location, safe internal parking, decent breakfast, very helpful staff. Nice home atmosphere!

No elevator to the room. Luckily, the owner helped to bring the luggage up. No minibar in the room, fridge located in floor kitchenette.

This is a roomy apartment very near the city center. It was quiet and nice for sleeping even though you are in the middl of town. Well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom with good shower. You can walk to anywhere you would want to go. The off-street, gated parking is terrific.

We liked everything about it.

I was traveling alone as the first night of my road trip. The host contacted me ahead of time and made sure they would be there on my arrival, waiting for me in the street. They showed me where to safely park my car. (Very well protected parking which was essential for me). I checked in and asked for recommendations in the city center, which they provided and they were very good. Had a great night sleep and the breakfast was absolutely incredibly tasty and fresh. Would totally recommend!!

I have very few thigns I did not like. (they were not essential anyway). There was no ashtray on the balcony. Also, the frame of the bad was creaky (but the matress was very good)

The B&B is very well located in Novara. Close to a bus stop and also to the old center of the city. It’s very clean, very cosy and affordable. It was our second time there, and we will come back.

The housekeeper talked loudly in the morning when we were still sleeping…
