Staff were excellent, especially the young lady at front of house that doubled as the bar staff too! The room was an excellent size and seemed fairly modern too. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job each day.

The electrical fittings need a refresh. The bedside lights were utterly useless and almost coming out of the wall. The aircon controls were broken. The bathroom, whilst mostly good, had a broken shower door (the rail/runners were broken) and the shower thermostat was almost impossible to turn sometimes.

Large and comfortable room, comfortable bed (although I do wish that duvets were to replace the dreaded blanket/sheet combo everywhere), lovely and functional bathroom. Everything clean and neat. Wifi working impeccably - not always a given. Staff and owners helpful and cheerful. Excellent breakfast - much better than most Italian hotels.

Hotel itself is lovely. Its immediate surrounds are ... well "a bit dated" would be a VERY polite description. So no lovely neighbourhood walks but on the upside very quiet yet really handy for the motorway. Disappointed that the advertised "private parking" was fictional.

The operators (appearing to be a husband and wife team) are very hard working to keep the place up. Very respectable. Food at breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! It was the best of all the "breakfast included" hotels we had visited in our trip to Italy.

Can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.

I took a junior suite because of the spa bath, and after a long day driving and loading/unloading it was perfect to relax in a deep bath. Big room, super clean and very helpful staff. Good location close to motorway….. plenty of unguarded parking for all size vehicles. Great stopping point between Torino and Milano

I stayed in this hotel many times, so no surprises. At walking distance from Pala Igor. Not too far from railway station and city centre. Nice helpfull staff. Large room. Good parking facilities near the hotel and at very short distance.

The area between the hotel and city centre is becoming less pleasant. Garbage on the street, broken bottles etc. Nothing to blame the hotel, but the city of Novara should take some action to improve this area.
