If you want a clean place to stay with kitchen facilities and are on business, visiting family or passing through the Milan region then it's a great place. But if you are a tourist who wants to see old town Novara then it's a bit too far away. Within a few metres of the residence is a sushi restaurant, burger restaurant and a big shopping centre with cafes, supermarket etc. This makes it very convenient. Also it's extremely good value for money.

Very nice to have an apartment for a longer stay. Nothing fancy, but everything you need to spread out and relax. Easy place to stay with dogs. Great to have a grocery store and a few restaurants very nearby.

Could have used a microwave oven, but otherwise, no complaints.

Great location while traveling from Italy to France. The communication was great after we couldn’t find our confirmation email. Our room smelled of cigarettes so we reported that and got effortlessly moved to another room which we appreciated.

The place was modern, clean and came equipped with the neccesities. Easy selfcheck-in. Only compromise is the distance to Milan central.

Room on higher floors had an isolated feel and charming view. Sufficient space and attractive furnishings. Good layout, with door not visible from the bedroom.

Aircon was difficult to regulate due to wall-mounted controls. No soaps at all.

For us travelling with big dog/dogs it is just so practical. Shops , restaurants right there. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to... Google maps and Garmin can't find the actual house as it is located in a highrise but easy enough. Rooms very spacious.

Beds quite narrow otherwise nothing

Clean, cheap, well located.

Very basic. A bed and a shower. Nothing else. But thats perfectly enough if you just need a layover place. Beds nareow and short. But comfy.

Apartment very spacious, modern and new, staff very kind and helpful, check in and check out very easy, all services just around the apartment, supermarket, Landry, restaurants , etc. All perfect, highly recommend.

The door-like windows allowed a superb ventilation and view of the mountains, which became more charming at sunset.

At dusk, the local insects were attracted into the room: cimice in Italian.

We reserved two rooms but due to overbooking only one was available. Host reserved room at the 4* hotel nearby and sorted everything out.

Room could have a knob or two for hanging the towel or jacket.
