I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was good ! Highly recommend it

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was very small.

Both the room and bathroom were ample in size. There was convenient parking on the property. Luca was friendly and helpful.

Wifi was weak, and I thought it was going to be closer to the MXP airport. It is 12-15 miles but still a 30 minutes or so drive.

everything was great. the hotel is nice and clean with spacious rooms. the reception guy ( LUCA ) was very nice and helpful, he show me directions and helped me a lot through my stay, many thanks to him. i'll be sure to stay again here if i visit Novara again.

Great little hotel in Novara run by a sweet couple. I stayed here once almost 4 years ago and always remembered how good it was. So, I came back again during my next trip to the city. Rooms are really nice with attractive pricing. Highly recommended !

Location and cleanliness

A/C was not functioning

Well managed and very clean and comfortable.

Not a lot.

Easy to find, convenient and breakfast was included in the price.

Staff were always very helpful and always smiling. That was the best part about staying at Cristallo. The hotel has its own and very convenient parking. The price was right.

Equipments: Fridge was not functioning. Broken and missing parts of the Heating unit. The reception area looks a bit sad and could be much improved as well as the lighting at the reception area.

Bed was clean and comfortable, emploee really kind. Responded quickly to messages. Breakfast included in the price. Basic, but nice to have coffee and some snack.

Shower/toilet room was not clean. Soap dispensers all leaking hard. Was water coming from radiator in the bathroom. Heating were on, but at night was really cold, luckily there were extra blankets in the closet. Everything looks old and barely functioning..
