Our stay at this hotel was pure joy! From the very first moment, we felt like part of the family – the owners are incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. People like them create a truly special atmosphere ❤️ The rooms were very clean, well-kept, and tastefully decorated – just perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A special mention goes to the coffee – delicious, aromatic, a real treat for coffee lovers! Breakfasts were varied – always something sweet and something savory, so there’s something for everyone. And the biggest treasure of this place is the lovely lady in the dining room – so kind, cheerful, and warm-hearted. She made every morning feel like home. All the staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We will always remember this amazing stay with a smile and can’t wait to come back! 🌞

We stayed at Hotel La Vetta Europa for a night on our way to Corfu, and it was such a lovely surprise. It’s a small, family-run hotel, and you can feel the warmth as soon as you walk in. Our room was simple but had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt like a homemade treat. But what really stood out for us was the kindness of the family running the place. They made us feel so welcome and looked after us as if we were old friends. It’s these little touches that make a trip memorable. If you’re passing through, I’d definitely recommend staying here—you’ll leave with a smile.

Booked last minute to arrive late the same day, this was not a problem for the hotel very accommodating. Provided us with easy to follow instructions for a later check in, great service! Parking was available, although not closed parking it was safe with cameras. The room was modern with lots of space and a fridge inside, we were 2 adults and a dog and there was more than enough room - great balcony too! Although we only stayed the 1 night it would be a great room for longer stays. Breakfast was good with multiple options and the staff were extremely friendly, the area looked nice and a great location but as we were just passing through we didn't experience the town.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I had a wonderful stay, but what truly set this hotel apart was the kindness and care of the team. After I had already left, I realized I had lost a ring with great sentimental value. The hotel team went above and beyond to help me, they found the ring and arranged to send it to me by post. I’m so grateful for their honesty, effort, and warmth. It’s rare to experience such genuine care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

First thing - If I can say something about this place is there is so funny and kindly staff, which can just help you in any kind of problem. About breakfast - It was very good - you have cafe, crossaint, bread, cheese, jogurt and more BUT if you want to stay longer than 3 days, the breakfast can be too boring and repeatable. Nice parking, near to caves and many cities like Alberobello or Locorotondo.

There was things that make my stay not comfortable, like bed - I wonder why we get bed for couple, which was just 2 beds with 2 mattress linked together but If you want (like us) just take a while and take hugs you can't do it, cause the beds was falling apart. Next thing - shower was so small that you can't bend down to clean your foot! We have balcony, that was great and huuge, but there was no thing here - some chair, some table - nothing. And you could hear everything outside room, so rooms must be more soundproof.

The staff is kind, breakfast various and delicious (not only Italian), the accomodation iz dog friendly and offers enough free parking space.

The room was not really the same as presented and described on Booking (it looked much nicer in pictures). There is no balcony (only "French balcony"). It's a basic room, with a bit small bed, if you travel with a kid. Shower cabin is very tight (70x70), which is difficult to shower even for an average person.

Location is perfect for the cave (2min walk) but not in the town so really quiet , could be more decorated a bit , everything was working good and was clean but feel a bit like a hospital room without any decoration . Overall really good value I recommend if you want to travel on a budget .

The room was spacious and had all facilities needed and mentioned. The breakfast was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very kind, polite and helpful. The hotel has a private parking space and it is positioned ideally to travel and explore Puglia (Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare….all places are 10-20 min drive). The hotel is pet friendly with no additional charges.

Perfect location if you want to see Polignano amare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Matera. All the top sights in Puglia are near by. The hosts were very nice and warm. The room was very clean and they make up it every day. We are absolutely happy with our stay!!!!

Spotless clean, polite staff, normal room size, private parking. Breakfast served properly, with excellent coffee, but food offer just basic.

Sound isolation in the rooms are very bad. Ee could hear talkin of other guests.Literarly, phone alarms from neighbor rooms were waiking us up.
