What a fantastic hotel! This hotel only has a few rooms so the pool and the garden makes that you get a feeling of exclusivity. The rooms are great. The location is a little outside and they do not serve dinner but there is an excellent pizzeria 2 walking minutes away and several other good restaurants nearby. Parking is free and well protected. Staff is great and because they had a big party (with some noise) to cater for, the offered a free bottle of wine. All very friendly. Breakfast was ok - well enough for me.

Location is great - 15-30min to Polignano, Alberobello. An hour to Matera. Staff is really nice, helpful. Pool is great, parking is large enough and free.

The breakfast was sort of normal (not bad!), but based on other reviews I expected it to be amazing. It was just plain normal. Wifi did not work for us - not in the room, not at the pool. Only at reception.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Relais Masseria Serritella. The accommodations suited our needs perfectly, the breakfast was very good and the location is a great base for exploring southern Puglia. We found wonderful restaurants in the town of Castellana, all walking distance from Relais Masseria Serritella

It was really clean and we really liked the setup of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and really tasty. The hotel was perfect if you are looking for something relaxing and calm.

Pool area is beautiful, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful.

Clothes storage insufficient and need mirror/dressing table. Weddings/events take priority so very limited contact with staff. Would be nice to be able to purchase drinks/snacks for around pool.

Andonela is best !!! All is wonderfull! The breakfast and stay tuned at 2.00 if they have weeding near. You will see best closing party after event in pool! amazing experiense.

Very modern and well equipped rooms overlooking the garden and pool. Parking within the property. Walking distance of cafe and dinner restaurant. Nice breakfast. Great staff

Everything was fantastic! The staff was very nice and kind. The room very clean and in front of the swimming pool. The breakfast was very good.

The exterior - lot of trees, grass, swimming pool. Large parking. The interior needs some improvements (furniture, walls) - but it is clean. Location - 10 minutes walking for Grotte di Castellana, fast acces by car to the significants cities of Puglia... 4 to 5 stars for exterior, 3 stars for interior, 5 stars for price.

To much noise - actually it is a place for events; weddings almost everyday, louder music till 11-12 pm. The breakfast is a bad joke....

Wonderful and very well kept area, huge garden, beautiful and clean pool , staff extremely friendly. I highly recommend to stay here!
