if you're on 1st floor it might be inconvenient to access kitchen on 2nd floor, the rest is great

Good location, nice service and a comfortable room with breakfast for the price. The gentleman hosting is very nice and thanks to an app we managed to communicate fine! Would recommend this to other travellers.

It is a bit of an up hill walk from the city centre, so be prepared for that!

Perfect B&B for a trip to catanzaro. Very friendly and helpful staff. B&B also has a good kitchen facility.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast accessories were replenished. The location is quiet and close to the hospital. There is a closed parking lot, which is good. The room has a balcony and a place to hang out wet clothes.

Breakfast too basic: maximum 1 coffee per person. No fruit, ham or butter. There are 4 pieces of toast, jam and honey. The dusche is 50 cm2 and you can barely move to wash yourself. If you weigh 100 kg, you probably won't be able to take a dusche normally. I weigh 70 kg and found it difficult to wash my own feet because the space is too small.

Nice room. And the breakfast was nice.

Would be nice to have reception on location. I like check in with person not on Phone.
