We decided to stay longer than we originally thought. We love the staff, the rooms, and we LOVE the bathrooms and the big generous bath tub in the double rooms. We had such difficulty with other places we had stayed and were so grateful for the lack of bad musty smells and wonderful non smoking rooms! The rooms are generously sized and beautiful! A big thank you to the whole staff and owner!!

We loved it here so much....If you are looking for a grand luxury 5 star super fancy hotel, this isn't it but we were not. This fits us to a T and will remember it for the future as well as to recommend it!!

The room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom was very clean and well presented. Breakfast was traditional continental and very adequate as such.

The staff were very abrupt, and not prepared to go out of their comfort zone. When it was necessary to ask about various items of information (like which of three wi-fi passwords applied to my room) it felt like it they were doing me a favour in telling me. When I told them at the front desk that the room-safe was not working, I was told that the maintenance man had tried to repair it and failed. I was not offered an alternative room with a working safe.

Arrived early to the hotel and was able to enter our room immediately. Parking was available. The location was perfect for our requirements.

The room decor was a little dated. Apart from that we had no other bad comments.

Mini Bar had moderate prices. Nice bathroom and shower. Lovely bar just opposite the hotel.

Parking on public road only, though it’s a quite large event hotel. Not too close to the city centre.

Wonderful breakfast, beautiful view.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but still acceptable. WiFi was not perfect, but we didn't use it much.

The bathrooms were very nice. The A/C was cold, but you could turn it down. The breakfast offered many options. no issues!

I couldn't use the fitness room as it was in the basement and the smell was overwhelming.

The rooms were nice and clean.

Parking was a problem and there was no place to even take the luggage from the car. The place looks a bit worn out.

Spa/sauna which I utilised was excellent. Excellent all round in fact - great breakfast, Internet speed and English TV etc.

Local train station closed but bus journey was good.

Modern and comfortable hotel not too far from the city center. (10 minutes walk). Superb breakfast with homemade cakes and sweets and a vast assortment of other options.

The toilet flush was leaking.

The room assigned to us was wonderful, with a beautiful view. Also the personnel was very kind and helpful.

Everything was really great!
