Excellent location of the hotel. Everything is close to the beach and the promenade. Cleanliness at a high level. Large and deep swimming pool for this class of hotel. Friendly hotel staff. Bar and restaurant staff also very friendly.

Breakfasts were correct and tasty, but could be more varied. The choice was quite limited, especially cheeses, cold cuts and bread. The quality of the products was good, only the range of choices was small. Good coffee, sweet cakes, croissants, yogurts, and sorbets.

Great location on tree lined street, close to the action, but still quiet, with restaurants, cafes, shops, beach, grocery and bus stops within short walking distance. Interesting nightlife, families, couples strolling by or on bicycle or family propelled pedicabs. The swimming pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious with good AC. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The staff were charming.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The location was close to the sea, canal, historic centre and walking distance to the train station (with direct trains to Bologna)

The bathroom was usable but very small (perhaps I should have upgraded?). The air con was ineffective. The noise outside disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was a limited continental breakfast with little variability.

Great location with a very nice heated pool. The staff were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Good location, close to the free beach. From the fourth floor you can see the sea. Breakfast is normal-egg, ham, cheese, cakes, yoghurts.You will be met by the virtuous Luciana.Cleaning every day, air conditioning, swimming pool.Everything was nice!

Family run hotel with the extra that owners bring you! Very customer focused, close to the beach, city center and local restaurants and pubs. We visited with a group of 10. we would have liked to stay longer. Rooms are small but comfy in balance with the price. Comfortable seats / tables in the hotel porches.

Perfect location. Lovely staff . Very friendly and helpful. I hope to return next year. I have previously stayed here .

Staff was really nice! Hotel was near the beach. The pool was nice and warm. Rooms was really clean. Perfect location if you are racing Ironman! Very good breakfast.
