The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We were staying for the Ironman event and found the position of the hotel ideal - it was a short walk to the registration and transition but not right on top of it. The run went right past the hotel which our supporters loved as they could be based there and pop back in for the toilet and supplies, or to sit and have a drink at the bar. The hotel did an early breakfast on the morning of the event which was great.

The rooms were quite small (especially with a bike in). The bathroom was again quite small, it had everything we needed, but if being picky the shower was not very powerful (we like a good shower!) The size of the room didn't bother us much as we were not at the hotel much and some other people we talked to also found the same at their hotels.

Such a great little family / friends run hotel. Perfect location for the Ironman event in September. The staff are so welcoming, there is a safe and secure bike room. The rooms are small but perfectly comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast, it’s everything you need if attending Ironman. The run goes right past the front door. They even laid on a 4.30am breakfast on the IM day. Big thanks to the team and to Francesca who spoke the best English and was so accommodating

The breakfast is a bit pricey at 20 euros per person but the choice is very good and they even had an earlier breakfast for us athletes competing in the ironman. I enjoyed the fresh croissant's and Nutella cake.

The room was a bit small but I did add an extra person on very late, the bed could have been more comfortable. Also didnt get chance to use the hot tub on the roof.

We loved the staff. They were extremely helpful with our every request and supporting us on our journey to finish Ironman competition. They even took our bib numbers to support us. Also the breakfast was perfect and they made special early morning meal for the full Ironman competitors on competition morning.

A fantastic venue! I was at Cervia for the ironman race. This place is just 5min from the start. The staff is always smiling and available. They organised a special very early breakfast from 4am for the athletes. I strongly recommend this place if you come to Cervia!

Great staff, nice breakfast, exceptional location. Very kind all together and the room was clean.

travelled to partecipate to the Ironman Cervia great location as walking distance to EVERYTHING The actual hotel is very clean and modern A special mention goes to the staff they really made me feel part of the family very attentive and caring they even cheered the guest during the race little gem highly recommended

The staff was incredibely nice and welcoming, tried to help guests who were visiting for Ironman as much as they could. I was unsure about bringing my dog but after confirming I can, they were really lovely with him.
