The location in Chatillon is very central. The staff at the reception was very nice. There was free parking even though space is limited in the town centre. The beds were comfortable. The hotel restaurant was vey good, and the staff was excellent.

At breakfast, food was running out on both mornings we were there. The staff didn't seem to check if there was enough of everything, and when we told them, they seemed surprised. Some food was brought out later but some were finished. We kept asking for many things. There was still an hour of breakfast time left so I think there should have been enough food during the whole breakfast service.

The furniture is kind of old, at least in our room it was. No minifridge in the room If you want to book this location for ski in Cervinia you should know that there is a 40 minutes drive (one hour by bus).

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The water pressure was strong and a good temperature. The wifi was good. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice including hot eggs. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and were offered a 10% discount. Dinner was tasty and well priced. Recommended.

We stayed at Hotel Rendez Vous for 5 nights. Everything was good. We had a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was super. There is a nice restaurant downstairs which we do recommend. You need to book with the hotel in advance as it is always packed with locals.

EXcellent location with fabulous views of the mountains, this was a warm comfortable hotel with friendly staff, which made it perfect for a one-night stopover on a long drive. The breakfast was an excellent buffet, and the downstairs restaurant a real bonus - superbly cooked dishes from a varied and interesting menu, all at reasonable prices.

Perhaps better accessible parking off road, but we had a campervan which is always difficult to park.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The price/value ratio was extremely good. Free parking and having our pets stay for free was a definite bonus. The hotel's restaurant was an absolutely positive surprise, with good selection of (local) food and wines, pizza for the kid, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast spread was average at best (but the Cappuccino was good)

Everything was as described on their site and Booking.com. 2 things I would suggest , a small coffee machine in the room and a small frigobar,

nowhere where you can have a hot cup of tea or coffee during the night especially if one is a light sleeper.

Clean, comfortable, good value for money and very friendly staff! Great breakfast with all you need.

The pillows were very hard it felt like sleeping on sandbags however this did not impact our overall experience. The walls are very thin (almost like a paper) you can hear every but literally every word from the other rooms, we heard tv early in the morning, loud conversations and phone beeping, but good option for 1 day stop. Definitely not for longer.

Location restaurant good even 10% discount.

Unfortunately there was a group of young people. Very very noisy. We had to intervent. At the breakfast 4 persons were making 8 sandwiches to take home. We informed the woman from the morning shift. She said it’s ok the management accepts. Happy birthday the food costs of the hotel

It’s convenient to Cervinia, Aosta, and Courmayeur plus it’s run by a fantastic lady and I enjoy the locale. Excellent restaurant downstairs as well.
