This is a beautiful Hotel which is everything we like about an independent hotel rather than the big corporate establishments. It is spotlessly clean, wonderful location and feels like a home from home. On top of this, all the staff were just great, nothing too much trouble and so friendly and helpful. We really shouldn’t pick out particular names but Monica who serves breakfast makes wonderful coffee and homemade cakes and Beatrice the PR Director deserve special praise. Indeed if you’re lucky Beatrice will give you a guided walk around Saint Vincent and the surrounding valley. Fantastic place and people and thanks to all.

A week wasn’t long enough but that’s our fault!

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, courteous, nice and helpful staff, rich and excellent breakfast, lobby with free tea and coffee. The cleanliness is flawless, and a spacious and comfortable room with everything we needed, a beautiful view, and close to a free public parking lot. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend! Special thanks to Julia who checked us in patiently, answered all the questions, explained and supplied the map, and all with a smile. High value for money. Breakfast is complete only for Italian customers. Free coffee, water and snack (4 o'clock). Very good restaurant in the house. Public coverde parking is next door (low cost).

The breakfast is poor for north-west european standards (too many sweets, but nearly no salt). The bed could be better.

This was the second time we stayed and again it was great!!The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are cozy, and kept clean every day. Breakfast is very good, great selection of cakes and a tasty platter with cheese and salami. All staff are very friendly and polite, Alessandra (I hope I got the name correct), at the reception is very knowlegable of the area and always happy to help with everything and give tips for good trips around Aosta, very friendly too! We give 10 out of 10 stars! And of course, Beatrice the hotel director is the best!!!she gets an extra star :DDDD

Minor point: Downstairs they use a refill solution for still & sparkling water - which is excellent and i lve it. I would have been happy to use that option for water in the room rather than have bottled water.

It's a beautiful reasonably-priced hotel in a very convenient location. + The hotel stands in the very centre of the charming town of St.Vincent, a couple of minutes on foot to/from the main bus station which is very convenient for exploring the surrounding region (personally, we went to Breuil Cervinia, Chamoix and Verres from there, but there are more locations which are interesting and easy to reach: honestly speaking, as a base, I liked small and cozy St.Vincent more than Aosta). + It seems to me, we had a better room than what we'd originally booked: it was with a splendid view of the main square and the surrounding mountains. Beds are fine, I liked the pillows with memory foam, the air-conditioning was functioning well but we switched it off as it was much more pleasant to air the room naturally. Quiet at night. + The staff are friendly and helpful, the check-in was quick, and we got our room before the official time. + Tasty breakfast in a cozy breakfast room. + Value for money! Absolutely! I recommend this hotel and, if I'm in this part of Italy again, I will happily stay here.

Just add more hooks and racks to the bathroom: this way towels will dry better and there won't be any need to replace them too often.

A wonderful hotel that made me feel like I was at home. Good beds, excellent breakfast- we liked the banana bread, juice, and cappuccino, amazing housekeeping- they cleaned our rooms really well!, great location on the Town Square, friendly staff (even though we dont speak Italian,) a classic Europen hotel. Stay here it's great!

A quaint hotel in the heart of a quaint town! Excellent value for money, offering spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and in short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room had a lovely view of the town and surrounding countryside. Crisp sheets, fluffy towels and a very spacious room. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of sweet treats, cereals, fruit juices and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses. The staff are very friendly and very attentive. Exceptional value for money, I cannot praise this hotel more highly. We will definitely be back!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Everything was fine. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Only a few notes that disturbed the holiday: 1.The pillows in the bed are uncomfortable and hard. 2.There was a mix-up with the SPA reservation that we were promised and the second time we went to the sauna it was completely cold.

I have lost count how many times we've stayed in this unique and fantastic hotel. We keep going back as we love the place, the people, the hospitality the breakfast and the charming rooms. St Vincent is a very nice town with lots of options for eating out. Moreover it is convenient to explore much of the Aosta valley and you can access three ski areas within one hour. We will return again soon.
