Wonderful Hotel and amenities Beautiful view and location

Staff is nice but not 5 star Hotel level. You need to wait quite long to get attended at breakfast and the Restaurant staff for dinner is also not very attentive. You also need to pay for the „nice“ beds next to the pool eventhough the staff at the Spa reception says we dont have to. I have never seen sonething like this for Hotel guests.

Absolutely fantastic place. The spa is mega and the overall vibe and feel is very special. Food was mega and the staff very helpful and professional. Rooms were huge and the decor was perfect. 100% recommend and I will be returning in 2025 for sure!

Parking was good and there was plenty of space, although the car park is broken in to 3 or 4 sections. The charge for the spa access was a bit steep but it is exceptional. Gym is a bit small with only 2-3 newer resistance machines and 4-5 pieces of cardio equipment.

Everything was amazing: spa, parking, stuff especially reception. Can’t wait to come back again ☺️

I think you can don’t use plastic for cover all glasses in spa to waste less plastic. Menu in restaurant can be better. It is also strange that sunbeds with a parasol outside are offered at an additional cost. If the weather had been good, this fact would have upset me 😊

Well finished, spotless and a sense that the owners and staff took pride in the hotel.

The food was sufficient but not exceptional. I couldn’t say it wasn’t appetising but probably not of a 5star standard.

we book the hotel restaurant but we where located in noisy area , we ask for the main restaurant area but we got astonishing answer it is reserved for more important !!!! people ???

very well appointed rooms, bathrooms, restaurants are nice, breakfast too. spa is very detailed, wonderful facilities and very nice.

This is a large hotel, that means not for everyone. there is a casino too which means certain customer demographics in some of the guests (we found very amusing).

We really liked the spa, great offerings and friendly staff. Hotel location was also great with good room size.

Only outside parking is offered with no clearly marked spots. Almost no place to park if you arrive late. The breakfast options are limited for a 5* hotel.

Overall look and decor

Room windows, when opened FILTHY DIRTY, LIVE SPIDERS AND WEBS, LIVE CRAWLING INSECTS. Breakfast choices and service was lacking.

Amazing building, mix of old and new. Great style. Location great to walk into the small old and easy on to short drive to aosta

The hotel and spa are lovely. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The spa area is fantastic. Saint Vincent is a charming town with several nice restaurants.

They were very understaffed at breakfast and the complimentary water and coffee capsules in the room were not refilled during our stay.
