Probably best hotel in town, excellent parking facilities which is huge, great spa area with pool inside and out, very good breakfast offered, rooms are good size, but standard rooms not best position in hotel. Good restaurant and well located plus within 10 min walk of town and numerous restaurants and some good ones too….first stay exceptionally good checkin and bellboy service, 2nd stay poor check in and no bellboy service even offered… again little things that matter, should not be left to chance if you get the service or not.

Bit disappointing that my 2nd stay within 4 days when specifically ask for far end of corridor quiet room, I was given first room next to lifts! On both occasions same room and annoying on first stay got a kettle in the room on 2nd stay exactly same room no kettle when questioned was told have to request it, so I requested it but never arrived!! Little things like this that make a difference in today’s market. Light switching is ridiculous, I stay in enough hotels and like to move with the times but this system is not good enough and far too awkward to be practical. Spa area is excellent and at 40 euros each is quite reasonable compared to most Italy hotels.

Brilliant spacious hotel with a delicious breakfast. Had six nights here and drove up to ski in Valtournenche (30min) or Cervinia (40min) everyday. Easy parking at the hotel. Lovely bar to have a drink in before walking into St Vincent in the evenings to get food where there were lots of lovely restaurants to chose from. Would highly recommend for a cheaper skiing option than staying in the resort.

This is a second time visit to this hotel after 2 years. Situation has not changed, the hotel keeps it good standards and face. All was good, no issues at all. Recommended place and worth visiting. Staff is very attendant to its guests issues and problems and made all what they can even in the situation not that good to hotel. Customer care and attention was in first place. Thank you for this.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location is great: Via Francegina very close, center of St Vincent easily walkable, autostrada A5 easily accessed. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Hotel rooms are quiet and well cleaned, blackout curtains on windows for those with light sensitivity.

Some things have declined since last time: air conditioning makes noise but doesn’t actually do anything with the temperature, separate access to parc hotel (versus Grand Hotel) has been shut down...have to walk around the building to get to the entrance, not all staff were helpful (some were still great), the dinner was ok but overpriced for the quality served.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Wonderful pool and spa area. Great breakfast and restaurant. Staff are very helpful. Nearest ski lifts are Valtournenche (30 min by car) and Cervino Ski Paradise (45 min by car). It is definitely worth to stay here for your skiing holidays. We will come back again.

A kettle in the room would be great:)

The gorgeous pool was a bonus to the beautiful hotel. A lovely way to relax after hiking and exploring. Aperitvio in the bar was wonderful. A stay in the sweet town of St Vincent at Hotel Billia was a perfect stay after a trip of sightseeing in Northern Italy. Very easy to walk into town from the hotel.

Great breakfast with a lovely view of the valley, nice modern decor in the hotel, helpful staff lovely bathroom and good air conditioning (which is rare in Italy)! 10 minute walk from the main town and great bars and local restaurants if you're wanting to explore outside of the Hotel.

The decor of the rooms seem to not have held up so well since we last stayed there. It's understandable as it was 6 years ago and maybe a bit unfair of me as we were blown away by how good it looked but it's still nice. Our room looks like they've had a leak from the shower tray into the main room as the wooden flooring had bulge in it and could probably do with updating soon.

There was a very wide choice on the breakfast buffet, with friendly staff present should one need assistance. The bathroom was large and deluxe, with a large bath and a separate shower room, the best that I have experienced. There was a very large bar area with a few small areas partially separated from the main bar. The bar had a wide assortment of beer, wine and spirits. The barman was very friendly and helpful, He had an unbelievable knowledge of his trade and seemed to have every cocktail mix in his memory,

The remote control for the room lighting. If one wishes to use the bathroom during the night, a normal switch on the wall is simple to operate, but the remote panel in the dark was so difficult that we left the bathroom light switched on the whole night and the door open, otherwise we would have given the hotel a 10 rating.

We made a stop here during our ski trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel was beautiful the staffs are really nice, and the spa was a highlight. After long days on the slopes, the facilities were exactly what our tired feet needed. A great place to relax and recharge—highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, room was just perfect! We enjoyed the amazing grounds and wellness area; Saunas, Swimming pools, relaxed rooms, with the best landscape. Everything just fine and high end. Very good breakfast, in front of a great view. Best experience!!!!!

We wanted to stay even more!
