The breakfast location had a nice atmosphere. Primitive, but well lit, with modern furniture There was a mini frig in the room, and 2 complimentary bottles of water. The shower was a good size with plenty of hot water. Beer and wine available for purchase.

The room safe was tiny, and unattached to the closet it was in....so useless. WIFI was too slow for streaming. Toiletries were very basic. Parking was not on-site, but at a safe lot up the hill. (The location had no space, as it is on a narrow side street)

We appreciated the friendly, helpful welcome, very pleasant bedroom and delicious, varied breakfast in a lovely vaulted room. It is located in a very atmospheric section of a charming town and there is an excellent, modestly priced pizzeria nearby which served great food - and offered samples of free alcohol before and after the meal!

It was a slightly hair-raising experience getting there though narrow streets at night relying on the GPS

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It has to be one of the best options in the town.

Beds were a little hard and sheets a little stiff. Having air con is great, but in the heat wave we experienced it was hard to keep the room as cool as we would have preferred. Nothing major, and I'd still stay here again even with a few small items that could use improvement.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had in a long time. It had a full range of food options. We loved how they served fresh fruit and yogurt as well as sweet and savory foods. The coffee was also great. The only thing missing was some egg options. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was very good with all the amenities. We had a small Juliet balcony which allowed us to either fresh air or the air conditioning on. The staff were extremely helpful and happy.

A great place to stay! The building is charming, and the location is perfect. A very short walk from anything in the old city. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast room was gorgeous! The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful hotel!

This was an amazing place to stay at, we were in Chieti as part of a two week vacation in Italy. Our son lives in Chieti and recommended we stay here and he was not wrong! Both Andrea and Chiarra were very helpful and attended to anything we needed. The entire place was extremely clean, which is important to us, and the rooms were well designed with a mix of historical accents along with modern touches. We stayed four days. The location can’t be any better, there is a great piazza right downstairs in front of the building with the best coffee ☕️ cafe which also served amazing small plate foods throughout the day. It’s great to walk around the streets with all the little artisans and food places, there is also a beautiful park to walk through close by. We ate at three exceptional local places serving local, organic dishes. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety of local juices, sliced cheese, meats and plenty of fruit and yogurt. Chiarra makes a great coffee and greeted us each morning. We also were able to purchase a few great little gifts 🎁 right in the lobby all made in the town. We would strongly recommend this place and a visit to Chieti, the views are amazing and after visiting Italy many times, I can say this town is a hidden gem. Lucia, Mia, Mark From America

Location was great, excellent breakfast. It was all and intimate, with a helpful receptionist who helped us with parking.

We were on the third floor, in the attic, during an exceptional heatwave and the air conditioning struggled in these conditions. But, the outside temperature was extraordinary so it would be comfortable in all other circumstances.

Quaint little place in this town. Less that a block up the hill from a bustling little center/ roundabout where there a few bars and people just hanging out. Also... kick ass shower pressure.
