The room was splendid, extremely clean, and very beautifully made and arranged. It is so obvious that this is done by people who love their business and being hosts. It was very hot that week but there was a very efficient AC in the room, turning it on only a little when coming home made the room immediately a refreshing heaven to relax from the day. The common kitchen was very clean too and very practical. However, the most amazing thing was the host Sabrina. She is a wonderful person who takes so much care that you feel comfortable and welcome. One cannot even put it in words, thank you so much!

Perfect location just off the main street, few minutes walk to the beach and train station where to buses run to and from the airport. When we first arrived we were in contact with Sabrina. Once we had found the property and she met us there and explained a few things. There was a coffee machine in the room, however, there was also a separate kitchen area which was open to all guests. Kettle to make tea and coffee, which was all supplied. Also a microwave should you need it. Sabrina was lovely and extremely helpful and making payment was very easy. She suggested a couple of places to eat which we used and were very good. Room, bathroom and balcony were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Best shower I think I have ever had ! Perfect place for a long weekend break.

Great location in the center of Pescara. The room was very comfortable, with huge bathroom and nice balcony - perfect for morning coffee or a glass of Prosecco in the evening. It was cleaned everyday. There’s a kitchen available for all guest with tea and coffee. Sabrina is an amazing host - super helpful and considerate. You can feel that she really cares for her guests. One of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling.

Super clean!! I want to give Sabrina a 10++ for how clean it is! I have never ever had a hotel so clean! She is also verry sweet and you can ask her everything! The location is great close to the sea (7min walk) and verry close to the centrum! Shops,bars,restaurants verry close! We did everything by feed. We parked at the station it’s a safe open air parking we payed €10 for 3days and also verry close (5min walk)

I liked everything!

Everything from beginning till the end was good. Sabrina did a really fine job in hosting us and give us advise about local food and activities in the area. The B&B is located in the new city centre, close to the beach (where is a small private stand for guests). Rooms are really clean and tidy and cleaned every day. Rooms do have AC which is very nice during warm nights and there is a balkony present. Perfect for smokers or when you want to relax a bit after a nice day trip. Included is also a typical Italian breakfast consist of an (italian) croissant and cappucino just arround the corner.. Further more Sabrina is very connected to Pescara and its surroundings. During our trip we found out is that she is taking care of wild animals(cats) in the area and find them new homes., in which imo says a lot about the host. We as cat owners could only respect that. We would recommend this B&B to anyone who is staying in Pescara.

The room is amazing! Everything was clean, modern, nice smell in the room, daily cleaning and cosmetics. Clean and comfortable kitchen with everything you need. Great location, close to the beach, city center with stores and cafes and very quiet and peaceful. Sabrina is an amazing hostess and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us perfectly and was always quick to respond to messages. We received helpful recommendations from Sabrina for cafes and other places for a rest. We used the beach where there were umbrellas and sunbeds at a discount. We are very happy with our vacation in Civico, we tell our friends about it and want to come back to this place!!!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. It was in a great location, close to the beach, and shops and restaurants, and it was very comfortable and spacious. What makes this place extra special is the wonderful host, Sabrina. She went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and was full of great travel tips and advice.

Everything was great

Accommodation in a great location right in the center, in a quiet street. The beach is a few minutes away. There are pleasant cafes, restaurants and a grocery store around. The room and bathroom are clean, the balcony is a great place to relax in front of the sun. Right next to the room is a common kitchen where you can make coffee, tea or food, there is also a fridge. Best of all was Sabrina who was very helpful with everything and made our stay really great. If we come back to Pescara, we will definitely stay here again!

We liked this place so much! The location is just perfect - in the city centre, just few minutes walk from all you need, room was very nice and clean and Sabrina was so kind and helped us a lot with every question we had :) We will come back for sure!

The location was close to the main part of Pescara. Lots to see and do. Sabrina was an excellent host - from washing our clothes to giving us suggestions on what do and what was on locally. The room was very clean and kept clean during our stay.

The only thing that we found was we could hear when other guests in the building were coming and going.
