The location near the center is convenient.
The breakfast was arranged in a bar 6 min away from the property so in the morning you need to dress up and going out to be able to do it.

Spotless clean; very comfortable beds; bathroom with extra toiletries (tampons - a very nice touch! - cotton pads and cleansing foam), free water in the fridge, hairdryer. In a nice little road in the old town. Breakfast at a local cafe (just a drink and one pastry, Italian style).
Wi-Fi didn’t work; communication was made difficult by the fact that the owner never answered our messages/emails, and we didn’t understand each other on the phone. He was quite gruff at first, but then once the misunderstanding was clear he became quite nice.
