The position of the hotel was really really grate, the hotel have shuttle bus and it was only 300-400 meters from VAL VAENY ski lift. Also if you want you could take urban buses from hotel and go to other ski lifts. Ski slopes were amazing simply amazing and i think is all because of all natural snow.

What i did not like are swimming cap and sandals were mandatory in hotel (we look kind of stupid with them lol) in order to enter pool and spa in hotel. And ski lifts were a bit old and not very comfy, well maintained but still old, some where good but most of them were old and not comfy.

The spacious room and the view to the Monte Blanco from it and the pool made this stay for us unforgettable. Spa facilities were very good however we did not like that you have to sign up to them by the slots...

The expensive daily parking is a downside. However, what we really did not like was the mediocre quality of the breakfast. It was the worst breakfast we had among all the hotels on this trip. There was no smoked salmon or omelets, a poor cheese selection, and no vegetables or salads. It felt more like a 3-star hotel breakfast. All the rest was super good. Overall I still give this hotel the best rating.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the location was ideal—just a short distance from the skyway and bus stops.

The spa could be improved. The temperature of the outdoor pool could have been warmer. The indoor pool did not have any whirlpool facilities—considering its large size, we thought it was a bit pointless to have an indoor pool without hydrotherapy. Additionally, for a four-star hotel, the policies regarding towels and extra costs felt overly strict.

We had a wonderful stay at TH Courmayeur! The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we especially valued the restaurant staff who were very professional and welcoming to us and our children. The rooms were spotless and the facilities of the hotel are great. We enjoyed swimming and using the spa. The quality of the food was very high and we enjoyed it all. Access to the Val Veny lift is a real plus and we hired and stored our skis at Savoye Sport at the top of the lift which was really easy and the equipment was fab quality.

The outdoor pool is great but some of the surfaces are quite rough and a bit of a hazard, we had a couple of grazes.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The storage space very generous. The hotel isn't very old and therefore very modern..The breakfast selection was great, vegans could survive just. They also had a nice coffee area where you could sit and chill

The shuttle bus stopped around 6.15pm. Therefore, you had to get a taxi, which cost approximately 20 euros for a 10-minute drive. The menu for the evening meals was a bit complicated, having to choose some or all sections. It's not good for vegans. Apart from that, everything was good..

In every aspect, absolutely amazing and the biggest surprise on our weeks long stay in Italy! We loved every moment and everything about this amazing hotel. Our room was as large as the suites we stayed in at many other locations, and the price made it an exceptional value. Staff was amazing, went out of their way to help us with our Mont Blanc Pass, and saved us a lot of time, effort and money, as we otherwise, without their help would have had to drive through the tunnel (expensive round trip. Breakfast was exceptional, among the very best, but dinner was an extravagant event not to be missed. Definitely get 1/2 board if it is available. Between breakfast and dinner we never had to go anywhere else, and we were able to walk to the cable car to go up the Punta Helbronner and explore with the cable cars. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Will be featured in our travel guides and a starred callout.

We rarely say this, but this was a perfect stay with nothing missed or missing.

We were impressed by the hotel's location. Clean room. Even if check-in, is at 5pm, we were accommodated exactly when we arrived, at 12pm. The view from the room is amazing. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Very good spa area. Good breakfast.

No bathrobe and slippers in the room. Children are not allowed to enjoy sauna after a day of skiing((

All the employees were friendly. Francesco and Luegi looked after us. I am a coeliac so they made sure all our food & drinks were gluten free. We were very impressed on their knowledge of allergies. The spa & pool was great, very relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

Beautiful, modern, big room & bath. Desk space , mini frig. Well- located outlets for electronics. Multi- language tv. Big balcony view to mountains & glaciers. Good breakfast. Strong wifi.

6th floor room stayed at 80 degrees F unless I kept balcony door open. Staff did not attempt to fix it. Lots of car & truck traffic approaching Chamonix tunnel made room noisy with door open. Complicated to schedule access to pool. Fee charged for required outfit for pool access. Need more parking spaces.

The Staff were excellent - friendly, polite, efficient. The spa facilities were well above expectation (large Sauna, 2 steam rooms, several ‘ice/cold’ shower, refreshments and relaxation rooms (bring a swimming cap and flip-flops as they are required (available for an additional charge). The breakfast was good quality with wide selection of recently cooked or fresh food. On occasions there was a ‘special’ option (such as pancakes) cooked at another station. Food was spread across two rooms. Staff were attentive, and cappuccino (and other types) were delivered extremely quickly The hotel provided a free shuttle to the nearby lift during morning and afternoon hours - this worked very well. The lift is a short walk along a fairly quite but major road to this facility was welcome. There are ski and bike rental facilities on site. We didn’t spot this facility, and used the rental at the top of the lift - this was excellent, and stored ski/boots at the station which was very convenient.

The hotel lived up to the pictures, however it is between two roads so worth bearing in mind if planning to walk to the village with young families. This is clear on the map when booking and the hotel price takes account of this so still good value for money. Dinner at the hotel was a buffet (extensive) with several freshly cooked local options. We chose B&B so we could try other restaurants. It would have been helpful to have an ‘a la carte’ or cheaper option for lighter dinner at the hotel.
