Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The hotel had a laid back atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us helpful information about getting around on the buses. Very kind to let us leave luggage. Breakfast, although not a buffet, was plentiful and I appreciated getting cooked eggs to order.

Although it didn’t bother us, this hotel is away from the center of Courmayeur, so there is not a lot around the hotel vicinity. If you don’t have a car, it may be less convenient though the free bus stops right near the hotel.

Hotel Chalet Joli was such an exceptional experience. It may not have all the bells and whistles that some other places do, but it was perfect for us and the staff was amazing. They treated us like family. On our day of checking out they allowed us to keep our stuff with them because we had a backcountry tour set up. They wouldn't take no for an answer. If we ever go back to Courmayeur we will be making a point to stay at Chalet Joli again!

We stayed here in a family room for just one night. We really loved the place. It’s comfortable, spacious and clean, in a beautiful location with good view to the mountains. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The food at their restaurant is not superb, but it’s good.

The hotel has a great view, is very clean. The staff was amazing!!! Francesca and her family do everything to make sure you are comfortable!! The food is great too!!

It’s important to mention that there is no elevator.

Incredible hosts - Marco, Francesca and Pina are super kind, personable and family-friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. Chalet Joli is a family-run, warm and cosy chalet to come back to after a day of skiing, and home-cooked meals in charming alpine interiors. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you for taking excellent care of us, the pick up & drop offs greatly appreciated especially with the children. 5 Star Service. We hope to come back soon.

The room is very large, with a balcony with a great view. The staff is extremely prepared and helpful, the breakfast is rich, and the location is great for visiting Courmayeur or hiking in the Alps.

We needed an early breakfast and they accommodated for us and went above and beyond with our breakfast. The croissants were some of the best we had and he made us eggs to our order.

The staff is incredibly friendly and flexible which made our stay extremely enjoyable. The chalet is cozy, comfy and clean and has amazing views! 10/10 for us ❤️

Small family run hotel, great location in La Palud, just outside of Courmayeur very close to free bus. Great breakfast and dinner! Nice view from the balcony! They actually made us breakfast to order (omelet, cappuccino, delicious whipped cream with berries)
