We absolutely loved staying at Masseria San Francesco. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Puglia and staying at Masseria San Francesco again! Everyone who worked there was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and even the other guests were a pleasure to chat with. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with everything you want and need. The restaurant and common areas were wonderful for working and relaxing. I cannot recommend Masseria San Francesco enough!

Stunning Masseria, lovely large rooms and beautiful communal spaces

Every morning at 7.00am and 7.10am the front door buzzed as though someone was entering the room with a key. It means we were woken every morning at 7.00am ! The pool looks beautiful and quite large but it’s not suitable for swimming more than 4 strokes in as it is built in to the rock and pretty shallow and rocky. Looks beautiful but not as practical !

Excellent location, very close to main sightseeings. Amazing place in the middle of olive trees, rooms were superb, very friendly staff, they recommended us places to go, restaurants to eat and they booked for us an olive oil tour and tasting at a nearby masseria, a superb experience. Overall a fantastic experience, we were highly impressed by the good quality of services and attention to details.

Maybe only one disadvantage that the spa area is a bit further away and only accessible by appointment.

Well kept, with taste of luxury. Since it was our anniversary, we were offered 30 mins free massages.

Since we arrived early, we had to wait for about 30 mins, which was ok. A receptionist told us to wait by the pool and that she would call us when room is ready. Two hours later no one came to look for us. Not even a glass of water was offered or any info on WiFi or infrastructure. Vases with artificial flowers :( besides all the abundance of real ones around. Breakfast was just ok, with nothing specific standing out. More attention needs to be paid to the quality of the food. In the morning no one came to ask us if we wanted coffee, had to go look for someone at the bar.

Very nice and comfortable Masseria - excellent breakfast good coffee and changing Dinner - we were staying 5 days unfortunately the weather was not so good to make use of most of the nice outside facilities but very nice setting The team has been very nice and supportive organized a Olive Oil Tasting etc.

Glorious grounds which were kept immaculate. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Our apartment was very spacious & comfortable. 15 mins to beautiful Monopoli where we dined out on several occasions

It was the most stunning property with lovely facilities and great staff.

One thing that was a little bit difficult was taxis into neighbouring towns, but this seemed to be the same everywhere and was not an issue of the hotels! They were very accommodating in organising taxis for our group.

Beautiful, serene, amazing breakfast and very chilled vibe. Restaurant staff very friendly and excellent service.

Beds and pillows could be a bit softer. Reception staff quite gruff and curt.

This is a beautiful property. Staff were warm friendly and very professional. We will definitely return.

Having a car would be useful as you had to take a taxi everywhere as it is in the countryside.
