It’s was breathtaking to me. Like I was living in a dream. To have my own place like this one day. Beautifully renovated rooms. Very happy with the breakfasts that was provided. Great pool, goes pretty deep (not for younger children who can’t swim). A place to relax, only nature around. They do provide very good WiFi if needed and the airconditioning worked perfectly. Friendly and flexible owners and workers. We even got a little property tour to see where our breakfast eggs and tomatoes came from. Loved it!

The room we stayed in was amazing but the bed was too firm for us. We did not sleep that well (also because there was this young child in the next room crying and screaming most of the day). The b&b looked fully booked so we didn’t ask to change this matter.

It's a B & B so there's no bar and being out in country you kust have a car and buy supplies before you get there. But it is fabulous

Fantastic pool and somewhere to relax, a beautiful contrast to the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, a place of tranquility. Nice to have breakfast included in a serene setting. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

EVERYTHING! Location is beautiful and peaceful. The owner, Claudia is such a great lady. The rooms are clean and so lovely. Pool is great and also the breakfast was super lovely! All in all a 10/10 recommended if your looking to be close to Rome but not in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Accommodation in a quiet hotel with great owners! Everything was great, hope that we come back soon.

It was close the the venue where I was attending a wedding. It was large and well maintained. I liked the rooms by the pool and the large bed.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was great. The rooms were cute with comfy beds & large bathrooms. The pool was really nice & sparkling clean.

Wonderful hosts and staff- thank you so much! Beautiful area outside of Rome- feels like Sicily. Lovely pool, great comfy room and bed, so peaceful, you get to really rest there. You do need transport to get around as it is in the countryside.

There is a strong smell coming from the toilet at night due to the sewage system, however, we resolved this by closing the lid and the bathroom door.

All, room and facilities. Owner was really kind with us. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Maybe for breakfast they could have some more choice.
