From the moment I arrived at the villa, I was warmly welcomed by the owner and his wife. Their genuine hospitality and personal attention immediately made me feel at home. I was fortunate to have the owner's personal phone number, which proved invaluable as he generously helped me plan my itinerary and offered insider tips for exploring Rome. The villa itself was immaculate and well-appointed, and the owner took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed. His guidance and recommendations made navigating Rome a breeze. Throughout my stay, I reached out to the owner several times via WhatsApp, and he consistently responded promptly, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Of all the places I've booked through Booking.com, this villa stands out as the most exceptional. The stunning surroundings and tranquil atmosphere were truly special, but it was the warmth and generosity of the hosts that made this experience truly unforgettable.

If I had to mention any downsides, it would only be that I wish there were more amazing places like this!

Very friendly and helpful hosts giving good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, wonderful and peaceful location of the house, nature and animals surrounding the area of the villa, anique furniture, cosy bedroom, available washing machine and baby bed, which, however, didn't fit into the sleeping room.

Shaky steep staircase to the apartment, kitchen equppment not satisfying (stinky washing sponges, no kitchen towel, molded washing machine), stinky bathroom which is spreading the smell all over the apartment, 1/3 of a roll of a toilette paper provided, garbage tons not available on the area of the villa but 1 km away

Very pleasant place to rest.Separated a few kilometers from the city, which gives it a real pleasure for vacation. In the yard of this house, which is surrounded by natural greenery and trees, you can find your peace. I would recommend this place to everyone, but especially to travelers who come with their own vehicle or rent a car when arriving. There are also buses for passengers without their own transport. Every word of praise for the hosts of this accommodation. He will kindly explain everything you need. Just an hour's bus ride from this accommodation is the area of Fragene, where there are countless beautiful beaches and restaurants to enjoy as well as swimming.

It is also recommended to provide internet in time so that you have it at all times due to the organization of the tour. Everything was amazing, absolutely loved the owners, they are very welcoming and supportive. They are open about answers any questions or giving destinations in Rome. We had an amazing time and Im pretty sure that we will return.

Its outside of Rome, but there are buses that takes you to center so that should not be an issue

Location is a bit outside of the city but it is a plus for those wanting peace and fresh air, so i recommend this place for families. Apartment is spaciuos and comfortable having all the basic amenities. There is a garden set outside with vast yard, ideal for children. We had rental car and it took us 15 min to Rome center. The host was always there for us. This place actually has good internet connection :)

The street through the neighbourhood leading from the main road to the property is not the best you've ever seen

Lovely property in beautiful grounds with very welcoming hosts. Very clean, comfortable room with welcome peace and quiet after exploring busy Rome!

It is not easy to get to via public transport. You take the metro to almost the end of line A, then a bus for around 40 min, then walk for 15-20. The buses are infrequent and don't always turn up - I waited for an hour the morning I left! It is possible but just not easy. The hosts however did give me good information and clear directions for using public transport.

The location is very nice, in a quiet community, it's not so far away from Vatican city by car. Christian gave us a lot of useful information about traffic, parking, places to eat, etc upon arriving. There's beautiful garden which makes you feel very close to nature, Both Christian and Michelle are very friendly persons.

There's nothing that I disliked during the stay.

Everything was just great! Michelle and Christian are very welcoming people and would go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable and help you with any question you have. The area is fantastic - quiet and green, very safe and beautiful , there are other villas nearby. I was traveling without a car and this was not a problem at all - there is a good connection by bus! Christian and Michelle are very nice hosts. They gave us allot of tips how to get around Rome, where to dine, etc. Their villa is in rural, green area, yet close to Vatican City. Our room was spacious enough for a couple and bed was very comfy.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and they provided us with all the necessary information in a friendly manner. The room is very clean and well-organized. I believe this would be an excellent choice for those traveling by car and planning to visit Rome or/and explore the surrounding areas.
