The standout for this hotel was the service. The team couldn't do enough to help and even when there was some misunderstanding about parking availability, they went over and beyond to help make sure our car got a park and was safe. The rooms were a very good size and very clean and modern.

It wasn't clear to me when booking that the parking was subject to availability (there's only 8 car parks which are booked up months in advance) and needed to be booked. However as mentioned above the hotel staff were extremely helpful in finding a solution.

This was a very good hotel in an ideal location, being a short walk to Gallipoli's Old Town. We originally booked the hotel because it offered on-site parking and were then concerned when the parking was fully booked. But we needn't have worried, there is plentiful safe free parking near the hotel. The staff were excellent, as was the breakfast offer. Our room was hi-tech and very well appointed. The rooftop pool area was great, serving one of the best Club Sandwiches I've ever had. Our stay included one hour access to the Spa which was excellent.

If you are looking for a traditional hotel, this is not the choice for you. The design is funky and hi-tech, but we liked it as a contrast to our other accommodation on this trip.

The breakfast was continental based with a good balance and you could also order eggs on the menu. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. A big thank you to Gioia who was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful and welcoming. She was elegant and professional and should be considered for promotion. She provided us with an extensive list of local restaurants, Lido's and gelato locations where locals visit. Thank to Nicola as well at front desk who was also welcoming and helpful. I would return to hotel to receive the hospitality and treatment front the staff. The evening maids were wonderful in checking on us to see if we needed additional towels. Room has a coffee maker and complimentary water and body soaps and shampoo that were lovely. They have a nice roof top pool which is cozy. They also provide beach towels at the front desk when you visit the beach.

No fault to the hotel, the AC was a concern. In Puglia, commercial establishments have a control imposed by the government whereby they can put the AC to be 5 degrees below the outside temperature. They were helpful in accommodating my night sweats but wanted to inform those who are not aware. The next issue could be parking as hotel was in an ideal location. Free parking is in the white or no line. Blue lines require you pay a parking meter.

Room was comfortable and good size. Staff were lovely and helpful. I really liked being able to chat immediately with them by WhatsApp. It was also a bonus that my daughter had her own room that connected to ours, so she wasn’t on a tiny bed in the corner of our room, which happens often. Location was great, few minutes from the old town, however, it’s not a nice walk as soon as we leave the hotel, view is only nice from the rooftop, which has a lovely little pool, chairs, and a small gym. The spa is also lovely. I do recommend making the time to use it and also the treatments are very reasonable priced.

For us the place wasn’t excellent because the air con was very noisy, and in my daughter’s room it didn’t really work as well. The beds were a little too hard for us (I do understand that’s personal preference) and every morning when we arrived for breakfast (around 8:30am) the eggs were already too cold, I’m not sure why they didn’t use those heater trays properly. Also bar menu is very limited. Would be good if they added a few more kids’ friendly options to the menu.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, which added to our comfort. The pool area was beautiful, and we appreciated the relaxing environment. It might be helpful to have a few more parasols for extra shade, but overall it was a lovely space. The shuttle to Lido Sottovento was seamless and convenient, and we also appreciated spending a relaxing 60 minutes in the spa. Overall, we would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

Clean and comfortable and just a short walk into the old town. Rooftop pool area for relaxing Free shuttle to some fine local beach clubs, but need to be advanced booked. 60 minute free access to the small spa. Very helpful staff with good tips for local eateries etc

Soundproofing could be a little better. And the room decor was a little stark in our room at least. Instructions for the complicated TVs would be useful. We were woken up when the neighbours put their TV on and couldn’t figure out how to turn the volume down!! We never figured how to get sound on at all!! Breakfast selection very good but quality could be better for some items eg the cold meats and the cold scrambled eggs!

Everything. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were what makes this hotel a step above other hotels. They were fantastic! Gioia at the front counter was so helpful! We loved how clean the entire hotel was including our room which was cleaned twice a day!! The reception staff were the best!! Thank you Gioia and Klajdi!! You were so helpful! The best stay we have had in our six week holiday in Italy! The location is fantastic too, just a few minutes walk to the main area with restaurants and shops.

When we arrived the receptionist arranged for our car to be parked for us. Our room was great. Very modern with touch screen controls. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or less from the old town and we enjoyed a swim in the old town each morning. There is a free shuttle to a local beach and we enjoyed a day there. All in all I could not fault this hotel from providing beach towels to sending us WhatsApp message of information that was useful. They went above and beyond especially Ludovica . Thank you !!! Beautiful modern hotel with rooftop pool, very comfortable and spacious rooms! Amazing breakfast options, hotel was super clean! The staff go way and beyond to help their guests. Gioia at front desk was phenomenal and such a joy to interact with on a daily basis. her restaurant recommendations were spot on and we truly enjoyed our dinner experiences.

There was an issue with the ac but they reacted quickly and got it resolved. Parking on the street is difficult but they do have access to parking at an extra fee per day.

Very modern hotel with super staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is very generous with lots of options and fresh coffee rather than machine. The complimentary spa was also a bonus and again the staff in spa were very helpful. The rooftop pool is a pleasant area to chill after a day walking. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle and complimentary water.

Our fridge wasn't working and despite reporting it immediately was not replaced. They did provide ice from bar. Bathroom needs a few shelves or a cupboard to put toilet bag / toiletries. Everything hi tech in room and found using TV a challenge even though very computer literate. An instruction sheet would be useful.
