The hotel is in a beautiful old building in the the centre of the small old town of Gallipoli. It is therefore within easy walking distance of a wide range of restaurants, shops and cafe's and being on a very small island, the sea is never far away. There is a lovely sandy beach a short walk from the hotel. All of the staff at the hotel were, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and served on a shaded roof top terrace with views of the sea. The bedroom was air conditioned and quiet, despite being at the front of the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Mosco Inn. The staff was amazing. Girls from reception very helpful, kind and highly professional, gave some recommendations about places to go in Gallipoli. Rooms are cleaned every day. Hotels got a very good location, walking distance to all bars restaurants etc. Rooms are beautiful. The spotlight was breakfast served at the rooftop terrace.Thank you very much for your hospitality we loved our stay in your hotel and Gallipoli. Definitely will be back. Great value for money. Charming old-style hotel in a narrow street in the medieval town - with a rooftop lounge overlooking the bay and other rooftops, and a breakfast patio with sea view and a naughty population of pigeons that stalk the breakfast buffet. The food is covered - no worries - but not a place for those with bird phobia. Cappuccino served in old ceramic cups. The decor is truly charming with delicate painting on furniture - beds, cupboards etc. your guest bathroom has piping hot water and a shower cabinet plus a bidet, loo and single vanity. But the biggest old fashioned hitch is no lift - we had many stairs to climb. We.parked the car in the port snd they fetched us with a buggy - thank goodness - plus helped us carry the luggage up all those stairs. Two flights of steep stairs. The hotel is close to everything on that island packed with treasures - including exquisite churches - I went into 3 of them. Also truly marvellous choice of restaurants and the nearby coffee bar Martinucchi. The hotel breakfast included yoghurt, cereals, pastries, fruit 🍎 - as well as the essential cappuccinos.

Lovely hotel in the old town 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station. If you have luggage and arrive by train they will pick you up. There is no lift but the luggage is carried to your room. The girls on reception are lovely and friendly and very helpful. There is a roof terrace with a lovely view over the marina although it is very hot during the day as there is no shade, but lovely from about 5pm onwards. My room was quite small but was fine for me, it had Sky TV which was great if I felt like stopping in for the evening. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

The shower cubicle is small, although I did have the smallest room.

The property is located in the center of town however the parking situation is a bit of an hassle. You have to park @ the port and walk about 7 minutes to get to the property it will cost 10 euro to park the car overnight. It will also take you some time to find a spot in the high season. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very friendly.

The room quality does not match the pictures. Whomever took the pictures of the room did an amazing job making it look that it’s a fresh looking property. It’s definitely not !!! Not room is very old and the bathroom is standard to a 2-3 star hotel

This room is in the heart of Gallipoli and is in a great position to see all of Galipoli. The beach is close by and more restaurants than you can imagine. The desk staff were very kind and attentive .

Breakfast - slim pickings. We only had one breakfast as there is a wonderful bakery for coffee: pastries not far away.

The nicest thing of all was the way we were received by Fabrizio ,the owner. He was so welcoming ,send us the map how to get there, took the time to suggest the good places ,nice restaurants,. We could always reach him. He was a big help. The room itself is very clean and near to the station and city. We would come again !

Nice historic building, spacious room, very good bathroom facilities. Reception staff very nice.

It could be cleaner (housekeeping seems a bit superficial at places). Rooftop with no shade. No comfy chairs where to relax in the shade.

Perfect location to enjoy the historic center of Gallipoli. The rooms could use a bit of refreshing, but they were spacious and charming.

Two of the rooms we booked did not have any exterior windows.

One of the highlights of our stay at Palazzo Mosco Inn was breakfast time. This was served on the top terrazza with a beautiful view and cool breeze blowing. Savoury & sweet food was freshly prepared by the staff each morning from the owner's vegetable garden. it was all so delicious with great coffee. Also the staff provided great tips for places to visit and good restaurants to try.

it was very hot while we were there and my husband was not happy that the first room had no window opening to the bedroom. There was aircon that worked well. But I would ask for a room with a window in bedroom next time.
