This hotel is truly beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our highlight of our stay was the fantastic spritz we had on the rooftop made by the wonderful bartender (we didn’t catch her name) but she was extremely friendly and makes great cocktails! Thanks so much!

Only rated this a 9 instead of a 10 is because the pool wasn’t available otherwise, everything was perfect!

A fantastic place in a very beautiful city. The staff were very accommodating and nice. They gave good tips and were quick to help with questions. Close to the city's small beach and lots of restaurants. We had a room with a private patio, which I recommend.

There is nothing negative to say about the accommodation, however, it was extremely difficult to park. There is a gigantic parking lot 2 minutes from the accommodation, in the port. It was always full and lots of cars looking for a place. One evening we looked for a place for almost 3 hours. Maybe it is easier when it is not high season. This search ruined our experience of Gallipoli a little.

Beautiful location and the staff was incredibly helpful with any questions around the clock. Shoutout to Giuseppe, the wonderful late night concierge! They organised lovely trips and restaurants for us. Any issues were dealt with very quickly. Extremely clean and it looks like on the pictures! We definitely recommend dining at La Vinaigrette and Tramontana.

We ended up upgrading our room to the deluxe as the premium was too small for us. We missed fresh fruit at breakfast as we only had either a few apples or pears. Americano coffees were instant coffee, so stick to espresso! Also, as kids are allowed, sometimes they take over the pool for the majority of the day.

Lovely boutique in a fabulous location right in the centre of the old town. Reception staff were excellent, rooms cleaned daily. Simple buffet breakfast but all fresh and always plenty, served on the terrace which was perfect.

As others have mentioned parking at the port (closest location) is tricky in July, can take a LONG time to find a space. Lots of lovely outdoor areas but only a couple have umbrellas or any shade so in 35/40 degrees plus the roof terrace and a couple of other areas are much too hot unfortunately.

Beautifully decorated and curated property. I loved the terrace area and I thought the attention to detail throughout the property was stunning. Staff in reception were beyond helpful and sweet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The whole property was very clean. I would return 100%

The bar was never open during the day, so even getting water when it was hot was a struggle! Limited plugs in the room Needs more sun loungers rather than chairs on the terrace A few more plugs and light in the room would be great!

My wife and I stayed in a Premium Double Room, which was a good size, had a small balcony overlooking the street below and had a nice bathroom with shower. The reception staff were excellent and in particular, Federica and Marta were very helpful and kind during our stay, going out of their way to make sure we had all of the information we needed and helping with restaurant and lido bookings. They even presented me with a birthday cake on our arrival which was a lovely surprise! We enjoyed the breakfasts which included pastries, fruit and great coffee! The hotel is in a great location within a short walk of all the old town amenities, including a fabulous beach.

Would have liked the bar to be open more often, especially in the evening so we could come back and have a nightcap in the rooftop lounge area.

A great central location, with very helpful staff. The staff member with the golf buggy was very helpful and found a parking place nearby which was free

The stairs in the room up to the, mezzanine level bed were difficult at night for the less mobile. The breakfast lacked savoury items or a selection of cheese and hams, although a plate of ham and cheese was provided on request. The coffee at breakfast was instant coffee rather than freshly made

The only thing I can think of is that we had to leave early on our departure date and an early breakfast couldn't be accommodated, which was disappointing given the cost of the hotel. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, but a coffee and some yogurt would have been nice before the drive to Bari. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel.

The place, and it’s spaces is beautiful. The room was elegant and well appointed. The splash pool which I expected to be warm was cool and refreshing. The location was great for parking and access to the beach and restaurants.

Kinda a lot of rules. One was “don’t take glasses from the bar to your room”. The bar was supposed to be open at 3:00 but there was no employee there, and there were no glasses in our room even for water (sorry, contradicts well equipped ^^^^ from above). So…we took wine glasses to our room.
