The most perfect location with a small balcony overlooking the beach. Stunning view. The room was large & spacious, with the most gorgeous ceiling. Clean & very comfortable, it is close to all amenities and the breakfast voucher for the Caffe beside the cathedral a short walk away was just perfect, coffee, pure fresh orange & croissant was great to start the day (try the pistachio croissant!). Although not greeted by a 'real person' to access to the property it was all was very smooth & easy. The restaurant just downstairs is an added bonus. Do not miss the best Seafood Linguine in the Cafe del Mar. The staff were so kind & attentive, (thank you Osman), he even ordered us a taxi back to Lecce as we couldn't face the bus journey back! Honestly a real gem. Watch the sun go down & enjoy amazing food. What more could you want?

Nothing to dislike

Lots of positives. The location was ideal overlooking the sea. Streets are obviously narrow in the old town so we were pleased to have the port parking a few minutes walk away. Costs €3 a day off season. We found it easier to park first and carry our luggage. The manager was very helpful and let us check in early. The place is in good order with very traditional decoration. Our room was clean and had the smallest fridge I’ve ever seen, but no way to make hot drinks. The negative for us was the size of the room. I think we were unlucky and got the smallest one in the building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially being in the historic centre and very close to restaurants.

Fantastic location in Centro Stoico with a french balcony overlooking the beach and with the most fantastic sunset every night! Breakfast was prepared downstairs and then able to use the outside terrace from the neighbour restaurant. Room was great for a family of 3. Parking easy just 100m away by the harbour.

There is a VERY slow elevator you need to use as rhere is no access to tve stairs

The view from the room/balcony is superb. Who would not love the view of the beach and of course the sunset just the comfort of your room. The rooms and facilities are functioning well and very clean, made by Paula. The breakfast, Italian but with other options, were sumptuous and all good, prepared by Claudia. and The advices and conversations with Daniele are all very useful. The staff - Claudia, Paula and Daniele, had made our stay memorable and comfortable. We highly recommend the place, which is situated in an excellent location - close/front of the beach, with sunset view, few blocks from the old town center and surrounded by restaurants that serve delicious foods, mostly fish. Truly an amazing vacation. Definitely will return.

Nothing in particular except for the small bath area. But everything is very good.

A place with breathtaking views. In a very peaceful location, yet close to everything. The room was small but had all the amenities. Clean and stylish. The bathroom was small but fully equipped, clean, with available toiletries. Check-in was excellent with great instructions from the owner, no problems at all. We also received great tips about parking and had no issues finding a spot.

The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and having a lift was fabulous especially as we had three large suitcases 😉

The shower was a bit small for my husband, though he is 2m tall so is a common issue for him in most bnbs 😄

Lovely property with every amenity required located right on the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large, very clean and comfy and the location was superb. Excellent wifi and air conditioning. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is at the street so there is a lot of noise, but you get used to it as the place is such a jam.

Excellent location The guy at the reception (sorry, l forgot his name) was very helpful .He let us into the lock-up garage, which is a bit tricky if you have a big car ,but it is worth it. Then he helped with the luggage to the hotel. Breakfast was served across the road next effect to the sea.

The bathroom was a bit tight, but you can't expect it to be big in the old towns in Italy

Beautiful property, situated facing the sea. Beautiful rooms and decorative. Very clean and comfortable.

My own room was a little dark, facing inwards, so little to no light. Otherwise, perfect room
