Loved the historic character of the building. The restaurant downstairs has excellent food at good prices. The family that runs this property are very friendly, outgoing and willing to help any way they can.

We didn't realize there wasn't a lift in the property. Our room was on the top floor and we had to go up about 40 steps to get to it.

The location was fantastic, right next to the Cathedral in the heart of Old Town Gallipoli. The overall building and our room looked great and full of charm. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, and helped us find a nearby laundromat, and shared advice on what to visit in the area. The breakfast buffet was awesome, in quality and quantity. The restaurant wasn't half bad either!

The area is completely unreachable by car (do not try to get to the peninsula, it is a restricted traffic zone), which wasn't clear at first. You will have to park a bit far (10-15min walk), for around 10 euros a day.

Great staff and perfect location. Wonderful, historical and beautiful building. Generous time for breakfast and good selection. Very good price for this accommodation. Would definitely stay here again.

Maybe the roof top could have opened up a little earlier. Would have been great to have a drink up there before dinner. Now, we had to go somewhere else for the pre drink.

Very spacious and spotless room. Very friendly and welcoming host, who gave us great tips on sightseeing and food. No problem if you don't speak Italian very well, the host tries his best to accomodate. B&B is located in one of the oldest Palazzo's in the city, beautiful building and right in the city centre. The host owns the downstairs restaurant well, definitely recommend eating here! Amazing seafood for a great price, lovely wines to pair as well.

The location is so cool! But expect to park outside at the Port and walk to the hotel, which is an old palace. The staff were so nice and helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The value and friendliness we received was something we have been missing lately.

Nothing! The restaurant is open until maybe 11pm and u can hear people clearly in the room, but then it abruptly get quite and very nice for sleeping.

The Troon was very comfortable and a wonderful location in the heart of the old city not to far to walk to a swim beach. The facilities were great with a roof top area to sit and have a drink on and a lounge area to sit and relax and read . Breakfast was delicious which came free with the booking

For the price we weren’t expecting luxury. Bathroom was spacious but tired. Furnishings are basic.

Lovely old palazzo building, full of faded grandeur. Huge room with fabulous view of street and church( wedding was taking place). Antique furniture and frescos on walls in parts. Owner very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Restaurant below very good. Would definitely recommend b&b and restaurant.

Private bathroom not on-suite in our room.... but for the price I'm not complaining. Faded grandeur that I loved, is not for everyone.

the B&B is in middle of the old town where the life is. You are very near to several restaurants, shops and the beach which is located also in the old town. the whole Dimora Muzio Family was really nice, helped us a lot, organized taxis, answered always very fast and the dinner there is really delicious. Also for vegans :-) For breakfast you get everything you need and it has always a lot of fresh fruits. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bath also. We had everything what we needed.

Breakfast is inside the house (but the big windows were always open). when it would be possible to have breakfast outside, that would be a big plus :-) (for us).

The hotel manager was very helpful, even carrying our bags up the stairs and also calling a taxi for us on the day of departure. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean, it was a very picturesque, beautiful building. The location was excellent, right in the center of the the historical district.
