The second junior suite we had (Amercia - on the rooftop) was nice, but less good than the El Fenn, which is fine. However, I would recommend the hotel to highten the shower head (I couldn't stand there, measuring 194cm) and also give the bathroom floor a lick of paint (beautiful red), because it was damaged. Thirdly I'd suggest to proved better closing / manageable curtains to prevent dining guests from looking in. My friends stayed at Palazzo Flora, which is also georgeous and has a much larger pool. In any case you must try the Presta rooftop terrace and cuisine, it is absolutely delicious and the local wines are excellent too!

The above suggestions and the fact that the breakfast is indoors and doesn't provide good quality tea.

The location is absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The beach is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Our room was beautifully styled, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (served, not buffet), and the staff were friendly and responsive.

The hotel is quite noisy in the evenings because of the rooftop bar and the poor noise isolation of the room itself. If you prefer to go to bed early and are a light sleeper, this place might not be for you. The AC was barely cooling the room. There were also a couple of issues in the bathroom: the bidet was clogged, the shower glass was not properly sealed to the floor so water was escaping, and it was hard to close the bathroom door.

This hotel is in a great location with excellent breakfast options, but the real highlight was the bar and restaurant. The cocktails were brilliant! The rooms are also beautifully designed with a unique style, and it's helpful that they provide water and beach towels upon request.

The junior suite we were assigned lacked natural light, and the view was underwhelming for this room type. The private courtyard was unusable due to a minor flood and an unpleasant odor of food waste.

Palazzo Presta is an exceptional hotel full of cool objects, painting and photographs. It has two wonderful roof terraces, one with a tiny pool and the other a slightly bigger one (still small). Loved the decor, the ambience and my lovely room. Also loved the zero waste, order only breakfast.

Receptionist was initially a little frosty but then warmed up - it's a busy time. Pools are small but it's a hotel in the centre of a historic place, I totally get it.

We were moved ok check in to sister hotel Palazzo Flora juts 100m away. The buildings and the decor here are juts amazing - the attention to detail in the styling fantastic! The staff we amazingly friendly and attentive - the roof top bar on Presta had a great vibe and we ate there on our second night too!

I actually ended being moved to Palazzo Flora, ratify villa style hotel located within minutes of beach. Hotel was quiet and had a calm vibe.

The room is perfect, the bed is extremely comfortable, everyone is friendly and the stuff is always up to be helpful, the view is incredible, the sea is very close and the food is incredibly good

I don't have anything to dislike about it. It was the best experience I had I'll come back every season.

The El Fenn suite is breathtakingly beautiful and spacious, an absolute recommendation! Staff Space Smell Rooftop with excellent restaurant

The breakfast was good, but 'simple', there was no tea of good quality and no outdoor seating possible.

We stayed at Palazzo Flora - not Presta. No sign on the door so effectively impossible to find. I appreciate you want to keep it low key, but you could have a subtle sign like at Presta.

I am going to say that I loved everything about the stay, the hotels decour and details wow, the staff Anna was very nice and so helpful, thank you Anna. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast good
