What is there not to like, upon arrival you are treated liked family. Fernando and Giuseppe were waiting for us at the parking garage. We were transported to the Palace, and we felt like royalty. The place is like a museum with modern amenities. We met Raffaela and Mimo, Fernando and Giuseppe’s parent, and it was like we known each other all our lives. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was amazing and Raffaela home made pastries were excellent. We also packed some of her pastries for our trip. The palace rooftop terrace was perfect for breakfast and sunset. We will be back.

The property is beautiful and ideally situated for exploring the old town, the port and the beaches of Gallipoli with lovely restaurants and shops close by. We were also able to park our rental car close by which made it an ideal base for exploring the region of Puglia including. Lecce and Otranto which are within an easy drive. The rooms are huge, the communal areas are palatial and the roof deck is a beautiful haven where we enjoyed breakfasts and watching the sunset. The family who own and manage the hotel are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and their home cooked breakfasts and travel and restaurant tips were amazing. We will definitely be back.

The family: Rafaela, Giuseppe, Fernando, and Papa were all wonderful. Their passion for their project was heartfelt. The well designed room renovation, with cubbies to keep our suitcases out of sight, and extra sink. The balcony, overlooking the main street from it's very end, as well as the sea. Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. On demand shuttle to a clean, safe, and convenient garage. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooftop! The exceptional service. The personalized breakfast with attention to detail.

We stayed in Pascaraymondo Suite Palace for 2 nights. We were blown away by the hospitality shown us by Giuseppe and Fernando and their mother. The palace was stunning. It has been restored to the highest possible level. Our room was stunning with amazing high ceilings. The bed was extremely comfortable. We felt like we were treated like royalty by our hosts. The breakfast each morning on the roof terrace was exceptional and we loved the home made treats created by their mother. If we visit Gallipoli again we would love to stay in this beautiful palace again!

Location: The palace is beautifully located in the historic center of Gallipoli, close to all the great restaurants, cozy bars and the lovely beach in the old town. If you have a rental car, there are several convenient parking options available. 10 mins by car to Baja Verde, and short distances to many other beautiful sandy beaches. The palace: It is hard to describe the palace with words. We were blown away when we entered it for the first time. The place is a historical palace that has been beautifully restored. It is incredibly nice to look at both from the outside and the inside. When it comes to the interior, modern elements are perfectly combined with antique elements - very stylish. The suites in the palace are spacious, with modern facilities, comfortable beds, very clean (cleaned daily during our 8 night stay), and most importantly it is peaceful and quiet. From the rooftop terrace you can witness the most epic sunsets you have ever seen and enjoy a fresh breeze from the sea during breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast: Very deliscious Italian breakfast with food from local stores and markets, as well as homemade food prepared with a lot of love. Examples: Homemade cakes, eggs and bacon, mozarella, tomatoes, croissants, fresh fruits (even from their own garden), different types of coffee… you name it. You can choose exactly what you want from a menu the day before. The best in the end - the family who runs this place: The two brothers Fernando and Giuseppe, Mum and Dad. The family who runs this place is incredibly kind, helpful and caring. They are lovely and good people and run this place very professionally. At the same time they will make you feel at home and will give you the attention you need to enjoy your stay without having to worry about anything. Mum makes a great brekfast, a lovely woman with a big heart who is interested in her guests. Dad takes care of the place in the afternoons after his job at the hospital and will make you feel safe.

If I could rate the beautiful Pascaraymondo Suite Palace beyond a 10, I most certainly would do so. This is a Palace remodeled and attended to with great love. The young hosts, Giuseppe and Fernando, grew up in this Palace, and their caring and concern for the happiness of their guests is clearly evident from the moment you walk inside. They take pride in telling about their youth inside the Palace. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was served on the roof top deck that overlooked both the sea and the town center. And breakfast was made to order, cooked by Mamma with her wonderful creations. The location was on the main pedestrian walkway, a half block from the sea promenade and entrance to an enticing beach area. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility and the pride that went into making our stay extremely enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful, from the location & facilities. Centre of charming old Town Gallipoli with a wonderful roof top terrace where breakfast was served to the beautiful beach outside the door. The family who own and run this Palazzo go above and beyond personally to ensure all guests and treated royally with a genuine warmth and kindness. A very special stay. Thank you. A highlight of our 2 week trip to Italy and we hope to return. We came because of the great reviews and they are worth it.

Don't hesitate, just go! The most amazing 16th century palace in lovely, very walkable Gallipoli, meters aways from the beach and the sea. The palace is run by a wonderful family, two sons and their parents. You'll be spoiled by their attention to detail and every whim of their guests. The rooms are gorgeous and the rooftop terrace provides great views. That's where breakfast is served in good weather. And what a breakfast it is! There is also a nice selection of local wines. Pascaraymondo Palace leaves you with beautiful memories. A unique and remarkable experience. It's a gem of a hotel! 10+

Pascaraymondo is perfectly situated in the old town. Perfectly picturesque. The family mom, dad, Guiseppe and Fernando have created a spacious historic home away from home. You feel like family. A garden like rooftop deck overlooks the town used for serving their homemade breakfast, just relaxing on lounge chairs and offering a grand view of the area. The property (a converted palace the family has owned/lived in for over 100 years) is very easy to access from public parking, a doable walk although the brothers, Fernando and Guiseppe, (creators of this family gem) will be very happy to get you. The family is charming and completely invested in their guests comfort and enjoyment. Please ask them for their advice on dining and activities . They love to share their home with us, their guests.

I cannot honestly remember being made to feel so welcome at a hotel anywhere in the World. But this is a special place. Any questions prior to our arrival or during our stay were answered immediately. The family clearly have a passion for making sure their guests feel at home and nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a great stay. The room was very comfortable and the rooftop terrace for breakfast was perfect. The attention to detail makes the palace stand out but above all the family, Guiseppe, Fernando and Mamma add something that you will not normally find in a hotel and they make this place special.

The only thing I missed was a magnifying mirror to put on make up in the bathroom.
