This is the most beautiful property, you feel like you are staying in a palace. Everything has been designed to respect the integrity of the palace but keep it fresh and beautiful. No clutter. The outside areas are spacious , open and furnished with stylish comfortable furniture in the wonderful Italian style. The room was large comfortable and well presented. The best of all was Gabriella and her staff. They were wonderful , kind , thoughtful and always smiling. Gabriella set the mood for our time in Gallipoli. The location is perfect and easy walk to everything in old town. Highly recommend this BnB.

Beautiful property in a great location. The building is stunning, old style Italian house with inner courtyards. Lots of outside space to sit and/or sunbath. The property is in the old town about 2 mins walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by. Continental breakfast was served on the top terrace and was very good. The staff were fantastic- 2 ladies who did the room service and breakfast were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The highlights of this property are definitely the roof terrace with its fabulous views (great place for sunrise and sunset) and also its location bang in the middle of the old city. The breakfast is simple but fresh and the server very friendly. My room had a balcony and was wonderful.

Our group had four rooms. They ranged from wonderful (bright, spacious, private balcony) to very dark … the person in the latter was disappointed. But it’s an old building and rooms are therefore all different.

It is a beautiful historic Palazzo situated in the heart of the old town.It was very nicely furnished in keeping with its age.The view from the rooftop terrace was superb.Our room had a lovely little terrace with a sea view with seating and clothes drying facility.The staff especially Rita and Sofia were most kind and helpful.Sofia organised taxis for us and gave us lots of information about the area and things to see and do.

The views, the residence, the staff, breakfast, and location were perfect! Steps away from the beach. We were at the heart of the old town. The terrace was gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice! Sofia was very helpful and resourceful. She helped us coordinate our airport transfer, showed us bus routes to other beach towns, gave us recommendations of restaurants, and taxi information for discoteques.

Gabriella and Irene, the staff members felt like family after our stay. Highly professional, flexible, and resourceful ladies. Thank you for an amazing stay! The palazzo itself has comfortable rooms with lots of light and with a breath-taking terrace where breakfast is served each morning. We will be back!

Sofia was very friendly, her english perfect & responds to queries promptly. Check in instructions via WattsApp prior to arrival was clear & easily understood. Location in old town & easily found. Name is on wall @ entrance gate to property. Room was excellent & had a four poster bed. Continental breakfast was mostly buffet style, on rooftop terrace & was plentiful.

Very well located. Inside the historic center. The Palazzo is beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Very good terrace. Basic breakfast, but it has boiled eggs. Breakfast is served on the terrace. Check-in is very quick and efficient. The administrator kept in touch the whole time via WhatsApp. Very polite and helpful.

Hot water 💧 problem! Although lovely roof top venue for breakfast! Lacked variation of breakfast ceral and fresh juices ie fresh orange machine!! Also no warm breakfast food eg no scrambled eggs or bacon or mushrooms options! No black tea!

Large room in historic building, good location in the historic centre easy walk to all local attractions, beaches and harbour. Good breakfast served by friendly staff on the rooftop patio - great start to day

Remote check in with access details sent by text. I was a bit apprehensive about not having some one on site to greet you in person but this proved to be unfounded as it worked well and when I had additional queries I was able to text the number provided and had a immediate reply. Perhaps this approach keeps costs down leading to good value for money.
